Very friendly staff and easy to find since it’s right next to a popular gas station. The staff are very friendly and treated my dog very nicely. I had them do the de-​shedding shampoo and fulminator since she’s a long hair and ENDLESS shedding. It’s supposed to work for 4 – 6 wks. It worked for about 1.5 Either way, my dog looked really good and they did her nails with no problem. I’m going to have he trimmed down next time. The business does give military discounts and if you bring in a picture of your dog/​cat they take off $ 5.00 for that visit.
