Stopped here on my way home from New York to California. Hotel was nice. Lobby felt«homy» and continental breakfast was average. The only negative was the hallways smelt a bit like cigarette smoke. Other than that, the stay wasn’t the best, but not the worst I’ve had.

Stayed here on Friday and it was disgusting. I had room 326 and upon entering it smelled terrible. Some type of nasty air freshener to mask how dirty it really is. The stairs next to the room had mud tracks. I parked in the back and entered from the middle entrance. I noticed there were truckers parked in the back. I’m guessing these rooms are to accommodate them near the back entrance and stairs. The shower curtain was stained on the inside liner and I chose not to use it. The room was freezing and when I complained to the front desk, they said nonchalantly that it was because they have to turn it on. So I slept there with cold air blowing for hours. Easy fix, but should she have turned it on when I checked in??? Very disappointing. Don’t stay at this location.

This hotel is really close to the highway so we loved that we could just pull over. It’s very clean and has a friendly staff. The atmosphere is rustic and country, very nice. Spacious rooms and nice AC. Complimentary breakfast was also wonderful. Great stay!

We stayed here because we needed a dog friendly hotel on our cross country drive. The hotel was super clean and very well kept. The breakfast is free and was very good. They served hot items and we had pancakes, eggs, and bacon. They also had cold items, too. They have a nice courtyard where you can have breakfast and bring the dog along.

If you’re looking to shack up in a dry county in northwest Arkansas, this is your lucky day! I have stayed here a couple times for work and have no complaints. I am used to staying at Holiday Inn/Comfort Suites type hotels and this place doesn’t disappoint. The rooms are clean and comfortable. My biggest issue is usually with the wireless being too slow or even non-existent but not here! The staff is all very friendly and helpful. Good free breakfast. And BONUS… there is a bar grill across the street(The Crossroads) where you can score a beer! After you have joined the club of course!

This hotel is only two years old as of this writing and as such looks brand new. One of the few hotels in the area that take small pets, this hotel has a couple of rooms set aside to accommodate those with small furry family members. The«pet room» we stayed at wasn’t distinguishable from what I imagine the other rooms to be like. High ceilings and a flat screen LCD tv made this seem like a more expensive hotel. The staff was very friendly, offering a midnight snack(cookie or yogurt and juice). Free wireless internet worked great in my room. Ample parking for our giant moving truck with car hauler. I would definitely stay here again!
