Express Tan

Hadn’t had a tanning package in years & the girl at the counter was sweet & very informative about the packages as well as different lotions. I was very grateful for the tour of the place she gave, very helpful! I will be tanning here from here on out.

This place is pretty cool. They have quite a few beds to choose from. They sell lotions and eyewear there as well. They are pretty expensive though with membership fees etc. I paid $ 167 yesterday for basically a lotion and a package that allows me to use any bed until December. I had to provide my own eyewear (hence why they sell them there). It’s pretty clean and the staff is nice. The only reason I have it 3 stars is the prices and «commitment contracts»

okay well i would rate this Express Tan a 5; however, the past few days their system has been «offline.» Went in there a few days ago and waited about 20 minutes for the girl to get everything situated, which my friend & I didn’t mind, but after finally getting the offline program to load up, my friend went in her bed & it was my turn. Well awhile ago I had minutes from my friend’s account transferred to mine (over 200 minutes) and well she looked up my name and only 33 minutes popped up. she said it was probably because she was using their offline program. okay so i go in for 15 minutes… well went back last night and same girl working, said i only had 13 minutes remaining! OK WTF! I only tanned for 15 minutes. Pretty sure 33−15= 18… so they somehow lost 5 minutes… that pissed me off. so now i’ll be making the drive over to the one off Tiny Town, even though they don’t have half of the beds that this one does… Also, I called the one off of Tiny Town on Friday night where the girl & I both signed the papers back in June/​July (I left mid July to go home for 2 months so clearly the minutes weren’t used and its not down on their computer even, so I’m not lying). Well since their computers were «online» the girl said the minutes were there… so hopefully when I go tomorrow to the one off of Tiny Town the minutes are there. How can you be «offline» for so long? Call the manager and figure it out. Other then that problem, the girls there are extremely nice and its always clean. Maybe once this situation is figured out I will change my rating to 5 stars.
