Horrible. Took me over an hour to check in — while I was driving. Eventually had to have
call them to straighten things out. The shower was so gross that I actually showered with flip flops on. The only pleasurable thing about it was how friendly the day shift employees were — will NEVER stay here again. The culmination of my visit was when I got 2 different color hairs on me after showering from a «clean» towel.

I wish I could give 0 stars for this horrible sham of a hotel! So we are on our way back from panama city with a group of 10 people 1 small child, 1 baby, and a teenager. It was our first road trip with our two boys. We ended up in Clarksville after driving for 10 hours tired, car sick, and just ready to rest for the night and everything was all booked except for this place that had supposibly only 3 rooms left with 2 beds in each. We took the «non-​smoking» rooms which ended up being $ 100 per night. We got up to our room and it smelled of cigarettes and sweat. Everything was dirty, bathroom was not of any condition that I would even step into it with shoes on let alone give my children a bath in. And the a. c would have been dangerous to turn on as it had what looked like mold growing on it. The manager came up and was «surprised» it looked how it did. He proceeded to show me 5 other rooms one as dirty as the next. Finally we settled for their «deluxe» king room with kitchen. Just walking in it looked clean but if you look at the picture o posted it most deffently was not. Needless to say we slept with all out cloths on and showered with our flip flops on. The manger did not make it right. He made us pay $ 10 more for the night for a dirty room. And if your asking your self why I stayed the night, imagine being on a road trip driving for 10 hours with a group of ten. You would have settled for it too. This place needs to be inspected by the city it has a bunch of violations. Bad plumming, light fixtures broken, stove broken, and drug dealing going on in the parking lot. Sad I had to stay here, still feel gross. STAY AWAY!

We stayed one night too many in this place … and by that, I mean we spent just one night here. Arrived and given a room which smelled of feces and the door wouldn’t latch or lock. Given a second room without a properly working heater (under 30 degrees outside). Asked for a space heater and the receptionist pulled out a unit which started smoking when she plugged it in. Their solution … here’s another blanket. The kitchen area shown in their own photo shows a full fridge, oven with cooktop and large microwave and counter tops. Our room had a small dorm room size mini-​fridge with a $ 39 microwave sitting on top of it. TV was not mounted to the turning bracket and almost fell on the floor; room clock was inoperable; Pool area open only 10AM-​10PM. Upon check-​out, the receptionist said they would «fix it at your next stay» … Trust me … there will NOT be a next stay here.
I don’t need all the perks for an overnight stay, but I think heat in below freezing temps is not a perk … it’s essential.
