I was asked to give a review. And this is my honest opinion. These apartments are nice. But there are a few things that I don’t like. I don’t like that I can hear my side and upstairs neighbors. I can hear every step my upstairs neighbors make. My side neighbors has a dog and kid and I can hear them all day. I don’t like the rule in the contract stating we cannot own, store, use our own grills. And because of that I do not like the fact that there are only 4 bbq grills available for the whole entire apartment complex. I think they should let us keep our own grills, store our grills in our apartments, and use them in designated areas for our use. It’s hard to plan a bbq when all the grills are being taken up and let’s face it, it’s getting hotter, people will fight for those grills. Just the other day one of the office ladies knocked on everyone’s door because there was an individual looking through everyone’s car and there hey stole something. They need to make there hey he playground safer because the swing they have is not stable. They need to put up more lights around the playground and bbq area for people there heh heh at likes to bbq and play after dusk. I was promised a quiet apartment to live in and that was a lie. But with what I said aside, if they fixed these minor problems, I belive this apartment would be great.
