This is a small local shop in a small town, not a big box retailer. Sure they go for mainstream fare and cater to the mainstream fans, but being located in a limited market with a flucuating customer base dependent on the local deployments of troops may figure into that. While they may not have the selection of trades and hardcovers that you’d find in a big box store with more overhead and deep pockets, there are quite a fair amount in stock, including many out of print books at discount prices(If a store is having to sell first prints and out of stock books at a discount perhaps the market is not there?) No it isn’t the one of those Nashville stores or East/West Coast chain comic shop, but it is a valuable business to the community. The staff has always treated me well and with respect and I enjoy taking my children there to enjoy the value of reading and adventure.

Store is quaint but is limited I love comic shop but the owner seems to not give a shut and I’m surprised that the place is still opened I support my local comic shop but when u walk in with a kid that’s love this stuff and the owner just sits there playing games and frankly coasting on the normal crowd to survive. Give a little interest with new readers they might come back bare bones selection has barley any hard covers or paperback might go to
