Chic-​fil-​A doesn’t need my review, but I felt the need to document my last experience there. I was in a bit of a hurry and noticed a sign advertising lemonade, or so I thought. It was actually «frosted lemonade.» Oh my WORD — Y’all! I got in my car, took a little sip and my eyes rolled back into my head; I may have fainted, it was SO GOOD! It’s like frozen lemon meringue pie in a cup. GET YOU SOME OF THIS STUFF QUICK, BEFORE ITS TAKEN OFF THE MENU.

We’ve been there at least 20 times now, and every time the food has been fresh and tasty. The chicken sandwiches and chicken strips are an order of magnitude better than the usual fast food chains, and the wraps and salads are excellent. On a cold day, the chicken noodle soup is a great warm-​up. The people who work there are also at least a couple of notches better than you typically find in a fast food restaurant — always neat, clean and friendly, and they seem to enjoy working there.
