Margherita pizza has entirely too much sauce, and I love a lot of sauce on my pizza. Lasagna has pretty much nothing to it. Salads, pasta and plain pizza are good. Chicken is high quality. The staff is very friendly.

Not a bad spot to grab some Italian food. The food took longer than I would have thought, but it was yummy so I can forgive the wait. Place is clean and the service is friendly. I tried the shrimp and scallops over angel hair, and it decent. Not a bad portion for the price. The bread that accompanied my meal was strange, almost like corn bread and garlic bread combined. The pizza looked delicious and I was regretting my decision the second I made it. I’ll be back to try it sometime.

The pizza and pasta here is quite good, and I just discovered that their sandwiches are quite good as well. I ordered a chicken pesto sandwich the last time I was in, and it was excellent. We’ve been here several times now and have found the food to be very consistent. Our only complaint was that the staff tends to congregate in the back corner of the eating area, and they got very loud playing games and videos on their phones. It made it difficult to enjoy our meal and was very distracting for our(young) children. Overall the food was good enough that we will be back.

Went to this shopping center to go to Great Sage, but they were closed. Got a Margherita pizza, and I must say, it was EXCELLENT! I loved the sauce! I thought the wine was overpriced, though. Still, I’ll be back!

I used to come here before it was bought out and always loved the food. This time around I’m not disappointed still. The food was very good although the Italian Wedding soup was a little thin but still delicious

I have been here a few times as I live pretty close by. I have had both good and bad meals here. The pizza seems to be their stronger point. I ordered a salad one time and the shrimp I paid for on them never came and when I asked about the shrimp they were not very friendly and ended up refunding the extra money I paid for for shrimp instead of giving me the shrimp. I have also ordered hot dishes like eggplant Parmesan there and it has come out ice cold like it was frozen and they forgot to reheat it enough.

We have been dining at Anthony’s for many years(since before it was Anthony’s!). The menu is great and the staff are mostly very friendly(my husband gets take out so often they know him). We LOVE the gnocchi sorrentino. It is AMAZING! Try it! The spaghetti and marinara is also excellent(really — they make a great spaghetti). We always love the veggie pizza too. One of my other favorite dishes is this INCREDIBLE portobello mushroom salad. It is SO good! It has portobello mushroom, pine nuts, a delicious cheese, roasted red peppers, and other delicious goodies. It is an AWESOME salad. The margarita pizza is hit or miss; sometimes it is great, and other times it is dry with not enough fresh mozzarella. I have dined here maybe 12 times and gotten take out more than 100 times — it is a great place for takeout, and I love that they have a separate take out area. We have gotten the family sized meals a few times when family is here too; they are great. We are lucky to have this tasty Italian restaurant right here in Clarksville.

Same rating, just an update… Excellent pizzas = Godfather, White, and Buffalo Chicken Takeout is the way to go, but be prepared on football weekends and Friday nights! It gets to be a wait! Still not a fan of the entrees.

The food here is very good, the execution leaves something to be desired — don’t think the group has ever received their food at the same time … comes out piecemeal.

For the area, I give it a 4-star rating… should this be NY/NJ I would probably give it 3 stars but this is, for sure, the closest thing to NY-style pizza in the area. It’s pretty darn good! The crust, the sauce, the ingredients– all so close to being legit NY-pizza. We tried literally every pizza place in a 10-mile radius and, having just moved from NY/NJ, this review should have some weight given to it… Two complaints: — I always call ahead b/c I know they’re busy. They don’t have a good system for letting the register person know orders are ready. I will wait and wait and wait and finally my pizza is given to me… lukewarm. Even if I ask for my order, it’s normally the same result.(boo) — and on a similar note, the pizza always takes longer than expected(which is tough when I get pizza after picking up my toddler daughter from daycare and I try to keep her out of trouble when we’ve been waiting for 10 – 15 mins) Other good point: — they always let me use a Valpak coupon on my phone to make a reasonably price pizza even cheaper We haven’t eaten in yet and haven’t eaten anything other than pizza, but definitely look forward to doing so!

I’ve never had any problems with this place, and I’ve been here 10 or so times. The food is always good(I’ve tried the pizza, pasta, salads, and subs) and the service is great. Wait time is never unreasonable, it’s a seat-yourself kind of place and a little bit different. But it’s a nice place with good food, good service, and a good atmosphere. I would recommend it to anyone– couples, families– they also do carry out(but no delivery).

Great go-to option for the family. Their food is good, not spectacular, and the service is good. Prices are cheap, as this place comfortably straddles the line between pizza place and Italian restaurant.

Stopped here with the wife after an hours long evening meeting and was hungry. We looked at the pizza slices but just before ordering, we decided to take a look at the menu. Ended up getting an eggplant sub with salad for her and meatball sub with fries for myself. The subs looked good and tasted just fine although I thought my sub roll was a bit to crispy, almost hard. Meatballs were pretty decent but wish they were a bit more generous in number. Wife’s salad was good and eggplant sub was decent as well. Not a place I’d go out of my way for, but I wouldn’t hesitate to stop in again when I’m in the area and hungry.

Anthony’s is our western Howard County go-to place when everyplace else has a line out the door and we are in a hurry. We’re never wowed but also never overly disappointed(the loud complaints of other reviewers have not been our experience, and we have been a whole handful of times now). Pricing is no bargain but is fair for the value. You can get in and out reasonably quickly too, because… You cue up at the front counter, and order in the manner of a carryout business. The menu is extensive and heavily Italian; the flavored pizzas behind the glass counter seem quite the house specialty and are the item probably available the quickest. We have tried many and they never have disappointed us. After ordering and paying, you are given a plastic number and you take a seat at the always plentiful tables. Think the old Ponderosa or York Steak House approach with those plastic numbers. The downside of this business model for a restaurant is that it is rare, to the point of remarkable, that your table’s entire order arrives via waiter at the same time. The kitchen seems poor at group-timing. However, everything is hot and reasonably tasty if expectations are modest. Clarksville and Howard County in general is teeming with restaurants and many of them are better. However, Anthony’s serves a niche when impromptu dining on the run, without waiting in line, is desired.

Ordered a pizza– half spinach & onion and the other half BBQ chicken. The slices were huge and the dough was amazing. Nice, cheesy, and chewy pizza. The crust is excellent(and I usually don’t eat the crust!) I’d recommend coming here for a quick lunch!
