Love the fattoush and hummus. Wonderful owner. Healthy clean quick dinner. Will come again.

Very friendly service, super fast, too! Vegetarian hummus gallabah was very yummy. Fresh, crisp lettuce in our Caesar salad. My SO was quite happy with his chicken shawarma. Side fries weren’t greasy and super fried. You could actually taste the potato in it! Pita was tasty. We will happily get take out from here again!

Stopped in for a quick bite before hitting Kroger(grocery shopping while hungry = expensive). The staff are very nice and friendly. I ordered the fattoush salad and falafel. The fattoush salad was meh — tired lettuce, oily pita chips, bland sumac. Falafel balls were so over cooked that they were rock hard. Bent the tines on my plastic fork so badly I feared they would snap. The plastic knife managed to saw through them, but just barely. The pickled veggies along side were limp, lacking flavor. The garlic paste/sauce was so watered down that it was like milk. Based on previous reviews I expected better. Likely will not be back — there are much better places to eat in town.

Great service!!! Will definitely be back! The owner was incredibly friendly and even made us smoothies to try while we waited. Food was excellent and the customer service made the experience even better!

I’m a huge fan of chicken shwarma sandwiches and that white garlic paste that dons so many different names that I simply reverted back to calling it just that… white garlic paste… This place is good in a pinch, it’s not great, it’s not bad, it’s right in the middle. Ordering is great because it only takes 10 minutes but I would have to say that La Marsa a few miles away is a little better. Both skimp on the quality of the bread by just giving you a slice of pita bread; I prefer those places that oven bake them up into a puffy warm goodness. Overall, I’ll probably get it again just because it’s close and it’s cheaper than Pita Way, however I’ll be getting some Pita Way bowls soon enough(they’re addicting!).

I love Mediterranean food so I didn’t really have high expectations from an express place, but it was so close to home I figured I’ve give it one shot. I had the lamb/chicken plate with fattoush salad and hummus. Everything was delicious! I usually favor the chicken, but the seasoning on the lamb is so rich and savory I ate all of mine and some of my husband’s. The garlic dip/spread was amazing!!! The only thing was the hummus– it was good, but the Tahini was on the side as a dip and no real seasoning or oil for it, other than the Hungarian paprika(I think that’s what it is). So it was good hummus just not near the best I’ve had. I would have given 5 stars except if you eat in you’re still eating out of a take out box and not off of a plate. The man at the register was very friendly. I will be back there tonight

YUM! This place is great. Their food is delicious, fresh, and of good quality. Ron P. mentioned the place up the road, and I personally found the Shish Kabob’s chicken to be much better. The prices were very reasonable as well. It was moist and flavorful. I definitely look forward to returning frequently. My only complaint was they don’t make their own pita(it comes from a bakery in Dearborn), but that is minor considering the food is tasty.

Food is so good, and the guy who works on weekend is more welcoming then the woman who works on weekdays

Not to impressed with Shish Kabob. Came for business lunch. Usually go down the road and thought I would give this place a try. I ordered the fattoush salad and hummus. Basically I got lettuce with old chicken tussled on top with some tomatoes. Must say, I left hungry after spending over $ 16. I would recommended going down the road.

Love this place! I am a connoisseur of middle eastern sandwiches, and let me tell you, if nothing else, TRY the chicken kafta sandwiches! On special for 3 $ always too! Me and my girlfriend come in once a week, the employees are very very kind, and it’s always clean. They have great fresh smoothies too! Thanks shish, for having your amazing sandwiches.

Apparently the owners have read the reviews, because they were very friendly. We ordered the family sampler and my wife and I liked it better than the other place we usually go to. The baba G was the best I’ve ever had. I like how they don’t cut the pita bread so you can make a big roll up if you want. Lentil soup was very good. Everything was fresh. If I could change anything, I’d rather they use basmati rice and I’d like the garlic sauce and shish kabobs to have more garlic flavor. I’ll defiantly be back.

Amazing shawarma combo dish, they also have great lunch specials. I LOVELOVE their garlic sauce. They are very kind as well, I ordered and then ran into Kroger with my infant and then woman that works there went out of her way to help me out, as I was having a hard time with the car seat and groceries I already had in my hands. Definitely recommend eating here!

My husband and I were very excited to see an authentic Mediterranean restaurant open up in Clarkston. Our first visit was pretty good because our lentil soup was only Luke warm. Everything else(Shish Tawook Sandwich and Fattoush Salad) was as expected, delicious! Second visit we got the same thing and the soup was hot, delicious! The third visit I got the Chicken Feta Fattoush Salad and Crushed Lentil Soup and I was in heaven! The chicken on the salad tasted so good and the portion was enough to share. It’s official, I love this place!
