I have went to Randolph’s 2 separate times, spent over $ 100 on my hair both times, and both times was extremely disappointed in what I walked out with. A friend just called me crying about a week ago after a similar bad experience in which inattentive stylists gave dye jobs far from what was expected. I am tempted to call and complain, but seeing as I will never be returning or taking my family there again, I guess it’s not worth it.

Krisi at Randolph’s is amazing. No matter whether I go to expensive salons in the Marina (San Francisco) or my tried n true family salon from back home, none of them get that I am a professional designer and want a cut/​color with just a bit of an edge. As my bf says I always come out looking Amish.
It was my first time meeting Krisi and with in a few sentences of my description she was showing me photos of styles better than ones I had found in hours of online searching. I chose one and in a short amount of time she had me looking like the photo. No more Amish.
During my cut the receptionist schedule Krisi with people looking to get their hair fixed from screwups that happened at other salons. Just an extra boost of confidence in her skill n abilities.

I’ve had Kelly do my hair quite a few times, and it’s been excellent every time. She even taught me how to blow dry my hair since it tends to frizz easily. I also get my nails done by Michelle, who is a riot. My mother tried to get me to go to a cheaper nail salon where they don’t talk to you, but talk in front of you in another language. It’s worth a little bit extra to have someone friendly and funny to talk to, and her work is flawless. I can’t speak about any of the other stylists, but Kelly and Michelle are great!

Came here for an updo and they did a very good job. It was a simple «Kim Kardashian Ponytail» aka very slicked back and lots of bobby pins. As I was taking it out, everytime I thought I got them all, I found 2 more bobby pins! :P Cost me $ 20 and was worth not having to fiddle with my hair all night.

I had my hair done by a couple people at Randolph’s. They did a decent job, but the prices became quite high (the last time was $ 160 plus tip) for cut, color (roots) and highlights. The owner did my hair and she does a great job at cutting, but the entire time she was working on my hair, she was heavily pushing products on me. Even though I told her I was set, the sales pitches continued.

My stylist was very nice but did a poor job, it has been weeks and my hair still is a mess. Plus she wanted to to buy 5! different products for my hair. It would have cost over $ 100 in product alone. I will not return.
