This was our go-​to pool store for the 3 summers we owned a pool. They were always very helpful, did free water tests and gave us realistic & helpful advice. They rarely recommended anything other than simply shocking the pool, but a few times when we had specific issues they were able to help us get it under control. We never felt like we were being «up-​sold» and always found their advice to be solid. They also have a punch card system that, in our experience, kept their prices at or better than big box stores (and you get way better service — so it was a no brainier for us).
