I live in a small town, and this place is the closest«art supply» store. So I end up here every month or so. And I always have the same experience. I find what I’m looking for, I get to the register, and it’s like the cashiers are having some kind of contest to see who can be the most disagreeable. I sometimes drive an extra hour to Michael’s just to avoid this place solely because of the service. There is one lady who is consistently kind, and I talk to her when I am in her lane, but I usually get one of the others. Here’s the conversation with them: Me: «how’s it going today? Them: «twenty four dollars and seventy two cents» Me: «okay. thanks. Have a nice day!» Them: *crickets* Seriously? You are just trying to be mean. Good luck with your lives! And good luck keeping this store open with that kind of bull$#!% service!

This is a Craft store selling no fabric at all, solely crafts. On top of having an extremely messy store, the sales associates are plentiful and are never excited to help out a customer or seem to have the time. The only thing I find positive about this place is their low prices, however I do much prefer Jo-Ann’s to them.
