C Cleaners and Shoe Service

This had been the worst experience I’ve ever had. Like most women I love shoes. I brought 2 pair of leather UGG boots for repair. I told the guy I wanted them fixed whatever needed to be done so they looked new. They needed new leather on the heels and new soles. The guy looked at them and said ok, charged me $ 80. I was ok with the price in fact I was willing to pay for high quality of service. One week later he called me to pick them up. This is what I got for $ 80: the leather on the heel is questionable I do not believe that the leather is actually there. That heel looks spray painted rather than replaced with leather. Both soles look exactly the same as if not touched still separated from the rest of the shoe. It looks like he tried to glue it however I was able to in front of him easily pull them apart. When I pointed it out to him he said that it wasn’t worth to replace the soles and it was easier to get new boots because it would cost more. I just can’t believe he said that for I was there to pay whatever it takes for my shoes to look as if they were new especially due to the fact that you cannot get these boots anywhere anymore. If you are looking for quality shoe repair it just is not your place. This is a place which will do half ass job and overcharge you. My UGG boots are really my prize possession and I was looking for quality as well I was looking to pay whatever it takes to fix them yet I have received none of the above

Chen is very good at repairing shoes. He always calls me when my shoes are ready if he is doing a particularly complex repair job, or gives me a pick-​up date when I drop them off if it is an easier job. You pay in advance for the repair here. He makes my shoes look like new.

I have brought a few pairs of shoes here and he did a fine job. However I’ve found that they don’t always stay open the posted hours so be sure to check before coming in the morning to make sure they are open!
