Italian Marble and Granite recently helped me design my new kitchen. At first I was nervous to go to a specific granite dealer in fear of sticker shock. I was pleased to find such a variety of options when it came to countertops and what actually fit into my budget. Italian Marble & Granite was willing to work with me explaining the difference between the products, as well as, the pros and cons of each. After leaving I felt educated on what product would work best for my kitchen and was thrilled to have a sample to take home to show my family.
The measure and installations processes were a breeze, Italian Marble have great staff who were amazing to work with. Chris and his crew were a pleasure to welcome into my home and so respectful. It’s great to be able to rely on a company and not have to worry about anything. I will definitely be doing business with them again soon.

Where is the «0 Star» rating?
Avoid this outfit at all costs. To say that I received «poor» customer service would be a misnomer. I received NO customer service.
I recently occupied a Buffalo condo unit within which this firm supplied and installed a vast amount of expensive marble countertop. I needed to have a section of this marble cut-​to-​size and re-​installed at another location within the same unit. I spoke to a «Virginia» who immediately had doubts…“well, we can come out and take a look at it, but I’m 99% certain it’s going to break… this material is very soft and delicate… I’d rather quote you on a new section of marble”.
Translation: «we already made our money down there, and your job sounds too small for me to bother with».
Let’s summarize:
1. «Professionals» who install marble without breaking it aren’t skilled enough to remove it without breaking it?
2. They never came out to «take a look», and stiffed me TWICE without explanation or apology.
3. Sure they’d rather quote me on a new piece of marble. They make more money that way. Greedy and Arrogant. (p.s., Virginia never even bothered to get back to me with a quote).
In the end, I freed the marble myself with a Dremmel Saw, and BUFFALO GRANITE AND MARBLE from Tonawanda came in, picked up the 20 square foot slab, cut it, and re-​installed it without incident, at a reasonable price, and with the friendliest customer service you could possibly imagine.
Summary: avoid this snooty Clarence outfit, and head to Buffalo Granite and Marble where you will be treated with baseline customer service and a high degree of professionalism.

Italian Marble & Granite Inc. was a great experience from the sales all the way to the installation. Everyone there was very professional and knowledgeable. I couldn’t ask for a better company to do business with. I would recommend Italian Marble to anyone in the Buffalo NY area looking to redo any part of the home or business. Thank you again.
