Needing a haircut while visiting Tulsa, I decided to stop by Bill’s while my fiancée was in work meetings. The place is a regular old school barber shop, which I liked. Only negatives where that the floor hadn’t been swept in a few haircuts, and the smell of cigarette smoke, though it could’ve been worse if there had been a lit cigarette during my visit. Luckily, the smell didn’t penetrate my clothes.
The lady who cut my hair was extremely friendly, and cut my hair the way I asked. Overall, I came out a satisfied client and would recommend you pay the shop a visit. It’s a bit tricky to find but don’t let that discourage you!
