Emergency Computer Technician

Worst experience ever. My computer would shut down unexpectedly and I took it to them because of the Unilocal coupon. They had it for over a week, installed the free Windows 10 upgrade and charged me $ 75. This fixed nothing. Brought it back, had it another 3 weeks and determined the power supply wasn’t sufficient. Replaced it, didn’t charge extra for labor but had to pay for the parts. This fixed nothing. Took it back, demanded they fix it because I already paid them twice. Had it for 3 weeks before I started calling for an update, but I was only able to reach the secretary Mike. Secretary Mike informed me that Matt is the owner and was working on it. For two weeks I called unable to reach Matt. Finally had to go to the office and demand they return my computer. It still isn’t fixed.

Without a doubt the best company I’ve ever had the pleasure of partnering up with! They know exactly what they are doing and do not rip you off. I’ve used them for both majorly large projects and small computer repairs. They are true experts.
