B & S Pest Control

I have used Beltran and son previously on other homes. Today he came over to a home in Upland, CA and Chris Beltran performed a complete inspection at no charge and gave us a clean report. He was on-​time, polite, professional and honest. They always return your call and never try to up sale you.

We bought our house back in 2012. A couple of months after moving in, I hear scratching in the roof, right above my bed! It sounded like something large in there and when I got a broom and banged on the ceiling, whatever was in there didn’t even scatter. I have never dealt with rats or raccoons before so I didn’t know what it was.
John from B & S (Beltran and Son) came out and he knew his stuff, he got into the roof and he found where the rats (urrgghhh!) we getting in, he organised for the hole to be repaired, he was smarter than the rats and he was persistent. Eventually we became rat free, we don’t have a rodent party going on in our roof at night. We are very happy and would recommend this company.

I had just moved into a rental home. It look great during the walk thru before my family and I moved in. But once we moved in, i discovered a horrible spider and bug problem. So my friend refer me to B & S Pest Control to have them take care of the problem. They have a wonderful lady running the phones and scheduled me for the very next day! Chris came out to take care of the problem & did a great job. It’s been over a year since I’ve seen a spider in my home.
