This dude is a joke seriously! I had called and had him replace the quarter window on my 93 ford explorer sport edition… The 1st time he came out he was complaining about the heat and what not. He totally messed up my window and left broken glass everywhere and the window still leaked!!! So I call him back to fix it and the dude doesn’t fix it AGAIN!!! like r u kidding me?! How is this idiot still in business!!! Now I have to pay another company in hopes that it will get done correctly cuz im tired of not being able to drive my vehicle cuz the window leaks… He doesn’t even deserve 1 star. I hope this crook goes out of business soon!

BEWARE! Not sure where to start, took 4 trips and two and windshields and I STILL have an ugly cut up moulding on the inside and out with black caulking squeezed in everywhere. He broke my key inside the door and left windshields it!!! And even after telling him he still put my windshield wiper arms on wrong so I had to go out in the rain and fix it myself. I’ve never been so unhappy with work done before, let alone work done wrong 4 times. I could have done it quicker, cheaper and saved myself All The stress and time he cost me as well. He was late on day one, missed another appointment. And btw this was all. Just the first windshield. The other that he his fixed is still cracked worse but Steve is not the way to go. If you don’t care how it looks or keeps water out then go ahead. But It WON’T be quick and professional.

I recently had my windshield replaced on my 2011 corolla by rapid, they were on time and so polite. they got the job done quick and it looks great, just like my old windshield. it was also nice working with a family owned business, the owner actually came out for the installation so you know its going to be done well.
I used my insurance and they handled everything for me, just like they promised. I am really impressed by their professionalism and I will not only be using them in the future if anything happens to any of my other vehicles, but I will also be spreading the name!!!
I highly recommend this company!
