Raining in oregon, what else is new? Hot comforting noodles sounded perfect! Unfortunately, that not what arrived at our table. I ordered the Pesto Cavatappi which was supposed to be pasta with a basil wine pesto sauce. It arrived fairly quickly but it was luke warm, pasta glommy and worst of all, the sauce was anemic, liquidy and flavorless. I don’t know what herb they are using as a green-colored filler in their sauce but it isn’t basil. I hope they read this and start buying(or making) pesto with actual olive oil and basil in it. Until then, I’m not going back.

Great food, great service! Especially love the Bangcock curry with the pork. Best pork I’ve ever had!

ATMOSPHERE: It’s an «order at the register and employees bring your food to you» kind of place, and the interior feels like a Panera Bread or Corner Bakery Café. The location is right outside of the mall; next to Panera Bread and REI. There’s a menu along the walkway to the registers, on paper, and above the registers. Oh, and they have one of those fancy Coca Cola machines with all kinds of sodas and flavors. SERVICE: The employees were nice. They were very understanding when I tried to order a side of noodles, because my child saw we had some… and of course, he wanted some, too. They have a small portion to me on the side for free because of their guarantee. I really appreciated it, because my son wasn’t eating what we ordered; not because it tasted bad, but because I have a picky one year old. Darn. FOOD: We ordered the Tuscan pasta with chicken and feta. We liked it. It tasted light and fresh. It wasn’t heavy like most pastas, and we would order it again. My son got the chicken with broccoli and fresh fruit. It comes with marinara sauce. He liked the sauce, but he wanted pasta after he saw we had it…(like mentioned above.) He did eat a lot of pasta. For a kid’s meal, a beverage, and a regular size pasta with a side salad, we spent almost $ 17. In the end, we felt like we had enough to eat. OVERALL: We would definitely give this place another visit.

Called to reserve a table for 6 and Levi said no problem. I got there before the others and he had a table all set up with silverware & menus plus the child high seat I had asked for. The cashier took our order with great patience since we were all 1st timers and reviewed it with us to make sure it was correct. Great service, really good food, clean tables. We will most definitely be back + with friends!

Nice fast food place to eat in the Town Center Mall. Someone back home in Hawaii had told us this place was the bomb, and it was decent enough, but it didn’t really knock my socks off. I ordered the Alfredo Mont Amore, at least I think that’s what it was, my thumbing technique on my smart phone was not too great when I was taking notes on what I ate. They ran out of spaghetti, believe it or not, so I had penne. Decent meal, but a bit pricey for what it was.

I am giving the employee service a 5 star. He was polite and professional. He was apologetic and helpful. I give this whole company a 2 star for charging a 1.25 $ per extra vegetable you want to add to your dish. So when I asked for extra veggies(which I don’t mind Paul g for) that means 1.25 for carrots… An extra 1.25 for broccoli … An extra 1.25 for mushrooms… And another 1.25 for cabbage… That means $ 5 extra for extra veggies when my dish cost $ 5.79… Wow… Pass on the extra veggies.

My wife took my 6 year old son and his 2 friends here for my son’s birthday. They noticed my son’s presents that he had they asked my wife if they were celebrating a birthday. When she told them they were, the comped the meal 100%. ??? My wife was in disbelief and said she asked them 3 times to make sure they weren’t messing with her — and they weren’t! She said the meal was great and the kids had a great time. Awesome service, we’ll definitely be back!

First the good: 1. Nice atmosphere and set up. 2. Good variety on the menu. 3. Friendly albeit somewhat cognitively challenged cashiers. 4. Close to other things to do 5. Lots of parking unless the mall is busy. 6. Air Conditioning Now the bad: 1. Worst pot stickers on the planet. They also look like they send them through a pasta press before plating them. Pot sticker sauce is awful as well. 2. Cashiers do not pay attention to detail and had to remake my order. 3. A bit pricey for the portion size and lack of protein.

For the price the food was pretty meh. I know they are trying to be diverse but the Pad Thai was very lack luster. There are better choices only foot steps away. Or stick with a spaghetti dish.

I’m all about this place — it has a great variety, gluten free options, it’s quick, and the prices are great! If you walk in with a 5 dollar bill and need a little on-the-go snack that will actually be somewhat filling, Noodles can help you out. If you’re with a group of friends and you’re all in the mood for something different, maybe one person wants Thai, another wants Italian, and the last one needs flute free– yep, Noodles can still help all you guys out. The service here is quick, it’s relatively quiet and pleasant, and you get free WiFi. Sure it’s a chain, not some pretentious fancy dining experience, so set your expectations accordingly. All things considered, I LOVENOODLES&CO.

I am impressed. The food is fresh and tasty. Service was friendly and quick. The restaurant is clean. I ordered a small Pad Thai with shrimp. I wish I ordered a regular one, but it was nicely done. The tomato bisque soup was superb, as well as the Rice Krispie treat. I will visit again if I have the chance.

I like being able to get something different on the run, and this place has spaghetti and meatballs that you can get to-go which I’d been craving forever. My daughter likes the pesto pasta. Their garlic bread is awesome, haven’t tried the potstickers yet but they look interesting. The portions were good — small wasn’t too tiny, and large was enough to take home leftovers. If I had a complaint, it’s that the pasta itself is a bit bland, and the sauces aren’t quite strong enough to make up for it. It’s definitely going to be a regular spot for my family going forward, though.

I’ve been here quite a few times and I find myself getting the japanese pan more often than not. I enjoy the flavors and variety that they allow to make a dish you would like. Ive had the bbq sandwhich as well and that was delicious. The atmosphere is nice. They take the food to you and when your finished you’re allowed to leave your dishes on the table. The staff is always super nice. I enjoy dining here often.

Been here once before, and it was delicious. However, last night around 7pm was subpar. Japanese noodle dish was cold and seemed to be sitting out for a while before it made its way to our table. Noodles were dry and stuck together, chicken was cold and barely cut through. Maybe if I had more than just a plastic fork, I could have cut up the chicken myself. Maybe the cooks were not able to keep up with the busy Friday night, but its seems to me if the place is busy the food should be fresh, not cold and dry.

I like the food, my wife does not… She feels it’s cheap. I prefer to eat-in then take out with this restaurant. It has been a little more of a hassle to get things the way we like them. All in all, it’s a good, fairly in-expensive option.

I love every bit of it. The cheesy garlic bread was very good the Wisconsin Mac & cheese and the steak stroganoff were absolutely amazing and the carrot cake was in my top three favorite cakes

Soooo, this place seems to get worse with every trip back. A year ago I would have given them 4 stars for being exactly what one would expect of them. Basic menu, done quickly and fairly decent food. Now they keep adding to their menu and every increase in choice seems to mean a decrease in quality. The last couple times we have gone there our food has been terrible. Way over or underdone, wrong or missing ingredients. I understand expanding the menu to broaden your appeal, but doing a few things well is still better than doing a lot of things poorly. I don’t know if I will go back. There are too many decent, affordable places to get pasta to waste my money here anymore. It only gets two stars because it used to be decent.

I originally tried this place on a whim, and really liked it. Since then it’s become a fast casual staple for my girlfriend and I. The food is pretty good, and it’s quick, but doesn’t taste pre packaged, which is nice. My favorite thing on the menu is the Alfredo MontAmore, which is spaghetti noodles, Alfredo sauce, Parmesan crusted chicken, spinach, mushrooms, and tomatoes. Not the healthiest thing on the menu, but I love it. It started out as a seasonal dish and made it on the menu permanently, so I was happy. Also excellent: the penne rosa, especially if you get it with feta instead of Parmesan. It’s a little spicy, which makes it a nice change from a lot of their dishes. I recommend adding in Parmesan crusted chicken to it too. The not so good seems to be their Asian dishes. Maybe I’m just not into their kind of Asian noodle dishes, but they don’t taste that good to me. I tried my girlfriend’s Thai Hot Pot one day, and the sweet-spicy combination of the broth really threw me off. Also, their iced tea is bad. Not bad like Chevy’s had, but it’s like coloured water. They changed from their previous brand, which I think was China Mist, to HonestT. Their normal iced tea is like coloured water, it has almost no taste. And their«slightly sweet lemon tea» is just nasty. If you’re at the mall and in the mood for something better than normal mall food, and also don’t want to sit down at the Claim Jumper or the RAM, Noodles & Co is worth checking out. Just avoid the iced tea.

I did not much enjoy place. I can tell they are trying to be a healthy alternative to normal fast food but it was just a bit too underwhelming. The portions were pretty small and the flavor was not that great. The curry soup was bland and also a smallish portion. The prices are fine I guess but not cheap. My girlfriend got sick after eating although I’m not necessarily sure it was from the food. Overall i would not recommend though.
