This business is a shame. I purchased a phone that worked just long enough for the metro pcs trail period to end. The employees claimed there was nothing they could do about the phone. The employees told me these phone are known to have these «glitches», and they fail after a few days. I was lied to by multiple employees about the reliability of the product prior to purchase. THIS «BUSINESS» A PONZY SCHEME WAITING TO TAKE YOUR MONEY.
A business can lie and take our money and that’s okay… If we as citizens were to take advantage of the business we would be classified as a criminal.
