It helps to know your prices. I managed to get a few good deals. Most items were not discounted enough for me. I would not go out of my way to shop here as it is hit or miss. I would enjoy mote if they ditched their cheap audio system with crappy music and commercials and upgraded to commercial-​free music streaming. I know it is Milwaukie but surely they have heard of Pandora, Spodify or Rhapsody by now.

Sheila B (@ElvisIsMyMan, #TheGirl) and I visited this store on a whim. We just finished at Just Delicious and decided to check it out. Weird is an understatement!
I have been to many discount stores and second hand places. I understand that the variety of inventory poses a challenge and can lead to merchandising issues. However, everything in this location seems randomly scattered. There is no rhyme or reason that I can discern. Inventory is dusty to the point that I was suspect of it (especially food stuff). The prices were midland for new inventory at a retail store. I had a suspicion that this store was buying returns. Many items had packaging damage and descriptions of defects.
After the visit, we were both very anxious to leave. I felt like I needed a shower. A visit to Costco confirmed my suspicions. I believe this store sells a fair amount of Costco returns. I saw almost everything in this store at Costco. I also noticed a large population of Kirkland Products at this «Discount» Store. I would not recommend this establishment based on my visit.

Its hit and miss. Its all Costco merchandise that really is marked down very little, if at all. For all those non Costco members, they think they are getting a bargain. Its just the luck of the draw if you actually do.

Good hidden deals. First time here and didn’t know what to expect. I was actually just in the shopping complex area killing time.
Ran across a Vornado fan (those great little quiet fans that «throws» air across your room) and checked the price vs other retailers. $ 29.99 here vs $ 49.99 elsewhere. I needed a new fan so I picked it up.
Just plugged it in and it works great. They sell various items from clothing to electronics to even food. Worth at least one visit to see for your own eyes.

when this place was in sandy i would go in at least once a week and stroll around, you kind find something good here and there. most things seem to be broken and damaged, which i suppose is how they end up here but it does take a bit of effort to find a good deal, almost like a yard sale.

Cheaper to purchase your items directly from Costco! Eagle bargain used to have bargains, not anymore! Sad! I will not go back, I’d rather just go to Costco!

This is a place that I’m a bit reluctant to Unilocal about. I think it’s one of those rare little gems that stay that way simply because people don’t know about them.
From what I understand, these outlets get the damaged and returned items from those big box stores around town that offer everything from tires to muffins in bulk (that’s right, I’m not mentioning any names here). But just like most everything, «let the buyer beware.»
Inside the store I noticed everything from a home sauna to a shuffleboard table to kitchen appliances to electronics to clothing. There was furniture, yard and garden items, dishes, and even some food items.
I found several things that seemed promising but once I got a closer look either too much was broken, parts/​manuals were missing, or there was some other reason I didn’t feel it was a good value. That being said I still ended up buying 5 items and felt I got some really good deals.
If you’re willing to take something with a little damage (or in some cases, a lot) and know you’re prices on items going in, I think you can score big here.
