I went today to MBA and I bought 2 pallets. The merchandise was very clean and at a reasonable price. I really liked the pallet with gardening items. The other was not as great but I guess is the risk you take when you buy customer returns. Over all it is the best place for this kind of merchandise.

This is what I have to say,
I’ve been coming to mba trading for over 2 years now and its good place to get really good deals. And on top of all that, The staff is very friendly, they greet you as soon as you walk in the front doors. From my experience its a very clean and organized place, they even have a discount sale every 2^nd monday of the month, where you can get an awesome price, on that same day, the owner is so generous he/​or she leaves out snacks, for the customers to eat as they wait to get their merchandise, if your someone who is really serious in buying pallets for a good price this is the place to be… dont miss out on all the good deals

Over a month ago I bought $ 300 worth of clothes. I noticed after 3 weeks, there was no movement on the order. I finally called them to ask what the deal is and a rep told me that they haven’t updated their site in over 2 years. Nothing is current… Not the stock, prices, contact info, nothing except the phone number. If I wanted to buy the stock again, it would be $ 50 more over the phone, then my own shipping on top of that. This was after talking to naother rep for 15 minutes that asked me the same questions 5 times over. The owner still has yet to release my funds that I sent through paypal. Needless to say, they are still accepting orders and payments through their site even though nothing will be done about it. I’m not pleased with how behind they are, and am working on contacting paypal and the BBB jsut to get a simple refund that will take them all of 5 minutes to do.

I paid $ 50 for a $ 75 voucher, and when I presented the voucher to the cashier she didn’t accept it. She rudely said, «I don’t know what Unilocal is. Do you expect to get the $ 75 pallet for free?» I went on and tried to explain how the voucher worked, but she still denied my voucher, and said, «We don’t do business with Unilocal.» Not only did they not accept my voucher… she was extremely rude and had a bad attitude. I Will never come here again.

Yo fui a este lugar a comprar 2 cajas de maquillaje y dos paletas la semana pasada y las dos Paletas que compré Me salieron pura basura solo lo de arriba estava bien y todo lo de mas hechado a perder que ni en el swapmeet lo puedes vender. Las cosas electronicas ninguna funciona. El maquillaje completamente destruido que no te sirve para nada compre 800 piezas y 400 me salieron dañadas. Por favor no pierdas tu dinero ni tu tiempo comprando en este lugar es mba basurero por que solo eso venden. La dueña maria tiene muy mal caracter y cada semana cambia de empleados por que nadie le aguanta mejor se van a otro lugar a trabajar por que maria la dueña los trata muy mal cuando fui a comprar a ese orrendo lugar los empleados se miravan todos nerviosos por que le tienen miedo por el maltrato que les da. A la dueña no le importa el cliente y si tu lo reclamas de algo que comprastes te dice que eso es lo te mereces por comprar en ese lugar por que todo lo que venden alli es lo que la jente regresa de la walmart cvs rite aid y walgreens. A ella no le importa y solo vas a perder tu dinero como yo. Piensa todo lo que regresan de las tiendas todo es usado y no sirve para nada. Entonces para que ir a ese orrendo lugar a comprar basura. La caja de maquillaje que tienen de muestra de loreal y maybelline todo esta nuevo y sellado no te dicen esta usado oh habierto. Solo te rovan el dinero vendiendote basura. Y cuando tu compras la caja no te la enseñan esta cerrada alli no te dicen es lo que regresan usado de las tiendas. Para que tu lo compres. MBA GROUP EL BASUrero DE MARIA ! :(

I have been buying from this location for just under a year. When I first started purchasing items like the cosmetics lots, pallets of return and overstock from CVS, Rite Aid, Wal Mart, and Meijer. For the first 4 – 5 months the lots had potential and had mild/​opened product in them but that was to be expected and part of the inherent risk of purchasing these LOTs. 6 – 8 Months of doing business we started to notice an increase of damage product beyond hope of selling always underneath the very top layer where the productive product was. We were passing it off as a bad purchase but still were able to turn them around to make a tight profit or more times than not broke even.
Our last visit to MBA was on Monday Sept 9^th 2013. We went every second Monday of every month and noticed that the line of buyers has gotten extremely shorter. I made my purchase which totaled just under 1,900 USD. I took the two pallets of merchandise and 2 case lots of make up home and separated them and I was very disturbed at what I sorted out. The pallets and merchandise destined for the trash, product that was so damaged or used that it was disgusting and illegal to sell for health and safety codes. What really broke my heart was that this was no accident. My wife got on the phone with the owner who knows us as she is the only one who accepts payments for the merchandise. We saw her 1 or 2 times EVERY month for 9 months. She was constantly making herself difficult to reach and she gave us empty promises of a call back with a possible resolution. We contacted her for the 5^th time and she got very nasty and defensive and without even allowing me to provide VALID proof the obvious damaged and used merchandise, she told us that it was not possible. I would have never made an attempt to contact her if I had any idea she going to act like that in the first place.
I now get my merchandise from a seller who actually allows you to inspect what you are about to invest hundreds if not thousands of dollars into. MBA has taken a desperate and illogical approach to increasing their profits by throwing TRASH and I mean real down to Earth TRASH in their lots. Take advice from a customer who spent thousands over the last 10 months and finally got stiffed beyond belief.

This place states that their customers are «so» important! Yeah right!!! I bought a Kohl’s pallet thinking it would come out good, because Celso said to buy with confidence .! What a JOKE! The pallet had nothing but trash… they put the «best» things on the top and the bottom of the pallet has broken items… It was a total loss! I couldn’t even sell anything! Plus the pallets are so overpriced… I paid $ 550 for junk! I told Celso and he said he would give me $ 50 credit on my next purchase… Forget it! I’m not wasting any more money on this trash!
