The friendliest staff ever! I have always hated getting my eyes examined, but everyone here made me feel welcome and like it was not a big deal at all! From the very nice lady at the front desk going out of her way to make sure all was right on my paperwork, to Jeff making conversation while entering in my information… I couldn’t have had a more pleasant experience. The doctor was informative, quick and precise. I highly recommend!

The doctor at this specific practice do an amazing thorough job. Are always patient and willing to help. The staff is great helpful and do a good job explaining everything to you in detail. I love this place hope they don’t go anywhere for a long time. They recommend

I recently went to First Sight for the first time after it was highly recommended by a friend. The staff was very friendly and professional and made sure I got the best deal I could with my insurance. They have a good selection of glasses and are helpful in figuring out what looks best. The doctor was also very knowledgeable and confident. Overall it was a great experience and I would highly recommend this vision center to anyone!

This is the same place as national vision, its inside of walmart. They did an amazing job finding the friendliest people to work there, so helpfull & the vision center store is just as great. They’ll take care of you, just tell him what you want

Love this place. The staff is all very helpful and super nice! They always help me find the perfect glasses. The doctor helped me find the perfect contacts. They also have a really good selection of sunglasses. You can just walk in but they always make it so easy for me to schedule an appointment. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Dr. Soong IS super handsome and super sweet and friendly. His personality is caring and professional. Made me feel nervous like a high school girl again. You must go to see this guy just for the eye candy alone! Woot! A++ Highly recommend.

Woohoo, first review! Anyways, we were looking for a decent optometrist since our current contact lens prescription had expired so we called several private practices in Hacienda Heights, Rowland Heights, Walnut, etc and pretty much they all cost an arm and leg!
We ended calling First Sight LAST since it was inside Walmart…(sorry Walmart, but your reputation for customer service and customer experience is subpar…) They quoted us $ 89 for contact lens exam and fitting and we made an appointment.
We went in and we were absolutely blown away by the Dr. Vong’s professionalism, kindness and customer service. I don’t remember the last time we left a place feeling great. And that’s hard to come by here in Los Angeles. Great customer service is a dime a dozen here and to find it at this optometrist inside of a Walmart was a pleasant surprise!
I would recommend this optometrist to anyone!
