Is this location closed down? Or did it move? If it moved, where did. It move? Too bad I love coldstones. Dropped by to get cupcakes and the place is locked up.

A nice little location. You can never go wrong with some ice cream. Even though its freezing outside.

I’ve come here a few times and have never been disappointed until today. I’m a big fan of cold stones but was extremely grossed out when the girl who made my ice cream had no hair net on. Matter of fact her hair wasn’t even pulled back. No complaints about the taste of the ice cream but I do believe that that is a health code violation.

This location is off of Colima, between Azusa and Fullerton. It is next to Half n Half and Phoenix. The parking is REALLY tight here, but you can almost always find more parking on the other side of the light store or even further by Leslie’s Pool Supplies.
The ladies who work here are so nice! That’s what makes this Cold Stone stand out from other locations. I love their signature creations, especially the coffee lover’s only. I always come here when I have gift cards or coupons. Otherwise, their ice cream is on the expensive side! They have started an e-​club, so if you join, you get a bogo free deal.
On Wednesdays, they wear pink. Nah, I’m just joking. But they have something even better — they will give you a free waffle if you upgrade to a medium or large size!

Absolutely loved my strawberry blonde today. Thank you the nice girl that’s working this night.

Create your own ice cream and mix ins! I love the strawberry shortcake serenade that is no longer on the menu, but you can still order it by telling the employee what items you want mixed in.
Free waffles on Wednesdays! They don’t accept mobile q’s so make sure you have them printed and ready to go!
Employees are friendly and ice cream is always consistent!
The parking is bad cause it’s next to half and half but you’ll have to deal if you want ice cream!

I love this place, its small but they have good service, I’m addicted to coffee ice cream mix with caramel and chocolate chips, the parking lot its a problem but I don’t mind walking.

Visit this place if you came for Half and Half and realized how bad an idea that was with the line. The customer service here always grates on my nerves for some reason or another, so I tend to stay away from this location.

I come to this all the time and this will be the last time i come here. It was 9:15pm we had a gift card to buy ice cream we purchased our ice cream and sat down to eat it. Well, the guy locked the door at 9:30 and mention they are closed and we can finish our ice cream. Btw none of them where name tags so here it goes the asian girl let’s out another guest and tells us «ok now we are closed and you need to leave now.» The guy told the girl hold up I just told them they can finish their ice cream. Then, the girl says to yhe guy .No, they need to leave we are closed this girl is just a kid with no manners. This cold stone hires kids to run the store. I will not be coming back after I was rudely treated.

I hadn’t been here in a while, maybe a year or so, or any other Cold Stone for that matter. I was just driving by after visiting a Chinese Vegeterian restaurant for the first time after Unilocaling for Vegeterian food («Happy Family Restaurant» was the closest and had good reviews, which by the way, it didn’t disappoint at all, it was the Bomb!) so, anyway, I was on my way home after a delicious meal when couple lights down Colima Road I decided to get some dessert and I suddenly noticed the long forgotten… But I was so happy I ran into this place, it was exactly what I needed to end my day. Nice clean place, friendly customer service, the ice cream was so creamy, sweet and delicious. I would’ve given five stars if it weren’t for it being a bit to sweet after a while and a bit pricy too for my taste, however, I will visit more often as long as I have someone to share with.

Came here last night and tried their white peppermint flavor. omg sooo good. I wasn’t sure what to mix it with but the guy helping us out was super friendly and patient with us. Really great service here :)

I don’t know why but coldstones ice cream just doesn’t appeal to me like other places. Their flavors all taste really subtle, with no punch. Maybe that’s the point, so it mixes in better with the other add-​ins, but I usually just get the ice cream by itself, so I look for more intensity in the taste. Especially the mint. It tastes more like cream than anything. But if you want to try something new, mix mint and cotton candy ice cream. Sounds weird, but tastes really good!
This location is next to half and half, and I don’t come here often but everytime I come the workers are friendly so I have no complaints.

went there on Fathers day and only one young guy working. It was a full line and I was in high heels and had to wait a very long time. Poor guy had to be the ice cream maker and cashier. I finally got to order my icecream and THEN he tells me «Oh btw, our atm is broken, do you have cash?»
That was unacceptable! Whomever is acting manager, needs to go back to school and learn to do their job! Letting one poor guy handle everything on a weekend is INSANITY!
Because of what happened, I barely made it to the movies on time and I didn’t have any time left over to get ice cream anywhere else!
Parking is Horrible narrow lot too.

Who doesn’t love ice cream?! This location is really small, and parking usually sucks (depending on time & day) but I don’t mind parking far. Customer service was pretty neat. I love all the flavors.

Lovvvveeeee Coldstone. Has some great ice cream and different varieties and recipes for you to try!
For all of the people who are old school customers, Some of the employees still know what a Strawberry Shortcake Serenade is which is my absolute favorite. For those who don remember how to make it or want to try it. It consist of Sweet Cream, Strawberries, yellowcake and you can choose of you want to mix in Whip Cream which is what I recommend.

Horrible customer service! I received a bday internet coupon in my email for my daughter for a BOGO deal. The coupon said NOTHING about having to print it out (& w/​smartphones who wastes paper and prints out coupons anymore anyways?!)… The young female employee who was working was very nice and apologetic about not being able to honor coupons without it physically being printed out. But due to the fact I had drove my kids all the way there to get ice cream, I asked if she would call her owner and explain to her my situation and to let her know that the Internet coupon said nothing about having to print it out, I even offered to forward the email to their email or phone!
Bottom line: the owner REFUSED. She said she would be able to honor a $ 1off coupon, which was fine, but when I was being rung up, she only gave me $ 1 off my 2 large orders. Being that I came in for the buy one get one free, if they couldn’t offer that coupon, then they should have allowed me to take $ 1 off each large ice cream order. But NO… even after the employee called her owner again, she was told she was only allowed to take $ 1 off my whole order. This location has HORRIBLE customer service. I WILL NOT be returning here, there are plenty of other cold stones around where I live in diamond bar, and even if I have to drive further to bring my kids to a coldstones, I would rather do that because its all about principle. At this location, CUSTOMER DOES NOT COME FIRST… HORRIBLE!

First time having Coldstone. I have to say, pretty neat watching the ice cream guy whip that ice cream onto the chilled chopping board and mash the freakin’ bejesus out of the Oreos and brownie.
«Love it”-sized Oreo overload, sweet cream ice cream replaced with French vanilla, chocolate chips replaced with a brownie. I expected the vanilla ice cream to have a stronger taste, but it soon lost flavor as I finished half of it.
I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE how the Oreo cookies and brownie were perfectly mixed into the ice cream so I could taste both in every single bite! So decadent. WOULD COME BACK, but trying the Hawaiian Liu-​au next! Heard that’s crafted by a Rowland alumni. Reppin’ Rowland!

First time here. I got what I expected. Good ice cream with my favorite toppings. They have a few chairs and a couple tables to sit in.

The current staff makes this Coldstone a notch above the rest of the ice cream place in the area. They are really friendly and just a bunch of fun kids dishing out some good ice cream. It’s what you expect of Coldstone Creamery. Good sundaes and good custom ice cream creations. My friend always buys ice cream cakes from here. They turn out pretty well and hold up for a few hours in the fridge.
The one bad thing I will say is that parking is in the back and it’s a funky way of laying out the store.

i agree with the other reviews, the way they are situated it is very difficult to notice they exist. this is my neighborhood. and when i asked the staff how long theyve been open, he said since february! wth? i drive up and down colima about 3 to 4 times a week and not once had i recall there was a coldstone here:/
anyway, i am giving this place a 5star because it is extremely yummylicious, so creamy, and so friggin smooth. also, the place was very clean and the staff was extremely pleasant and informative. today was so extremely HOT at 106 °F so eating my coffee and a bit of my daughter’s strawberry certainly hit the spot!
they have free waffle this wednesday. i’ll certainly be back:)
