Chewerks is the place to go for all your auto repair needs, especially for high performance import cars. Robert and his staff are very knowledgeable and are super friendly and helpful.
I met Robert while tracking my car at the Fontana Speedway. Being my first day ever at the track Robert was great source of education. He truly understands the sport and wants to share his experiences. This automatically earned my respect. Being new to tracking I was very intimidated. I take both by daily driver (Subaru Legacy GT) and my build in process track car (Nissan s14).
Corner balancing and alignments, suspension modifications, engine performance, tuning and diagnosis are their specialties. Honest and reliable I’ve found my new go to place.
Highly recommended!!!

This place has no people skills. If your car is not up to par then they don’t even care to help you or talk to you. I went in there to get my car looked at because I believe it needed shocks but they gave one look and they said they were to busy. Mind you they didn’t even have one car in there shop. Maybe because I was a female or because my car didn’t look presentable to them. Either way I felt offend and I will never go back or refer anyone to them!

Recently got new wheels and unfortunately got a nail in my tire. Needed new tires fast and looked online to see if anyone was selling the tires I needed. I stumbled upon Chewerks. By chance, they happened to be selling the exact tires and sizes that I needed. I contacted them immediately was helped the next day. (Today) Rob the owner is a stand up guy and made me feel welcomed. They do more than just mounting and balancing but I was more than satisfied with the service. Thanks Rob

Great Tech! Suspension Adjustments, corner balancing your car you name it. Rob do a great job and very knowledgeable. We discussed about the things that I wanted to do and he guide where to start, which is pretty cool considering other shops that only want to sell you nonsense stuff.
And this shop is bookmarked!

Top quality shop, Robert Choo, the owner really knows his stuff. Need to set your car up for track day, he knows exactly what you need. On the side note, it looks like he specializes also on s2000. He can pretty much do anything that you need if it’s that car, but for everything else, he has so much knowledge that he will steer you in the right way. Thank you Robert and I hope this review brings you tons of business. Your work is truly «class A».

I guess I gotta give the guys @ Chewerks 5 stars on account they bailed me out at the track!!! I went off and knocked my s2000 out of alignment. I thought I was going to have to get a tow home and lose track time but Robert was able to knock out an alignment right in the pits. I even manage to set my personal best at Streets of Willow with a little bit of tutelage.
I have since gotten a litany of service items taken care of including:
— my rear hubs/​wheel bearings replaced
— Chewerks baffled/​trap door racing oil pan
— Chewerks lithium lightweight battery — this was the first plug and play lithium ion solution I have seen. As a package it’s even lighter than the KC Machine shorai setup and doesn’t require a specialized charger to maintenance charge.
