Allstate Insurance: Shi-Chen Liu

From what I know, this Allstate branch has been here for a long time – 15 years!
The agents here are FANTASTIC and very friendly. They are very knowledgable about insurance policies – as we all know, there’s always a ton of fine print etc. with signing on these things.
I was confused about certain policies and they were able to explain it in very easy terms for an insurance virgin like myself. They cover car insurance, motorcycle insurance, home insurance, earthquake insurance, and pretty much any other kind you can think of!
What’s also great (coming from a Chinese background) is the fact that both of the agents in this branch are bilingual (Mandarin Chinese and English. In addition, they are extremely approachable people (rare for customer service!) and when you call their office or send them an email, they are quick to respond and always help you ASAP. When I call insurance companies, I always end up on hold for a long time. But, this place is not like that at all!

Been here for over 15 years. Very resourceful/​knowledgeable about cars, home, earthquake, etc. insurance. The agents are very friendly and especially helpful when policies are confusing.
Agents speak Chinese and English and respond to phone/​emails very quickly
