I’ve lived here off and on over the last 8 years. I always come back, so that says something! The manager is a really nice guy and has been there for a long time. The maintenance guy does a great job at getting things fixed in a timely manner. The complex is small and gated which is great, and you can’t beat the location. The floor plans are spacious and come with a washer/​dryer. I’m a single woman and really enjoy living here.

I have really enjoyed this apartment complex. Beautiful grounds, nice pool, quiet community, washer/​dryer in unit and a very helpful manager. The location is also great. Safeway, Costco, WalMart, Starbucks and a public library are all within a mile and a half. And there is a great walking/​jogging route through the neighboring Stock Ranch community. And still very affordable! Great find!

I have had nothing but a great experience here. The complex is clean, nice, quiet and the manager is friendly and courteous. The apartments are a little old, but you can’t beat the price in such a nice quiet spot. $ 750 for a one bedroom is a steal in a safe place like the Sylvan Oaks/​Stock Ranch neighborhood. We have never had mold or loud neighbors or experienced anything like the previous reviewer. Overall this is one of the best spots we’ve lived in.

I have lived at these apartments for over 2 years and I love it. Clean, quiet and super friendly. The location is great and close to many shopping areas. Within walking distance to a local park. Anytime I’ve had anything go wrong I call management and he has somebody fix it asap. I just can’t say enough wonderful things about this place! I saw that someone else gave it low rating, that rating is totally incorrect, in my opinion. This place is great!

The manager called me into his office and he was clearly upset about my review. I will up the stars to 3 because he says he really cares about the tenants at these apartments. Overall I’m just not happy with the apartment we’re in, stuff keeps going wrong and it’s really irritating to constantly have to call to get stuff fixed because I don’t like to be that tenant. I just like to be left alone and leave everyone else alone. The grounds are definitely kept super clean and the maintenence guy clearly works really hard to keep them looking nice. I just wish that those sketchy people never moved into the apartment next to our old one because I want our old apartment back.
