Summer Hills Apartments

I’ve been living at Summer Hills with my family for about 8 months now & I really have no complaints. They got us in really quick, which we needed extremely bad at the time. We ended up having a choice of 2 different apartments when we moved in & chose the upgraded version (of course). The layout is nice & spacious & our neighbors are all super friendly. The ladies in the office are friendly with a take care of business attitude & they remember who you are. Maintenance is just as good. We had a leaky fridge & they got us a new one, we had broken a window & they were able to have someone fix it the next day. Whoop! The area surrounding the apartments seems kinda sketchy, but I’ve had no issues with anyone or seen any super craziness considering there’s a bar & liquor store right near our porch. I feel pretty safe & I like being so close to a variety of stores & shopping centers, especially the produce place, it’s dope. The apartments provide a nice pool, small gym & gated court area which my daughter loves. We won’t be living here much longer because we’re no longer interested in living in an apartment, but we would definitely recommend it.

The staff and management at Summer Hills are so fantastic! I have been a resident for a year and will shortly renew my lease. I love how personal, helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and competent they are. Every time we have ever had any small issue with our place, it has been addressed the very same day!
The only reason I wouldn’t give all 5 stars is because of some issues with other residents and their level of ownership and responsibility.
My family and I are very thankful to have found Summer Hills and feel very well taken care of. Staff like this at a rent rate you just can’t beat is a combo you can’t refuse!
