Good tea clean store. Nice attentive staff. The past 3 days this has been my life like after filming 14 hours a day

Great friendly service and coffee is always fresh. Right in Barnes and Noble, so it’s open later and a great reading opportunity.

Used to love this location. The past few times I’ve been in one of the female employees has been extremely snotty to me. I will not be back. The employees at other locations are way better, especially at the Rancho Zinfandel location and the one on Sunrise and Madison. If I talked to customers at my job the way that one employee has talked to me, I wouldn’t have a job.

Fast service and a friendly staff. This Starbucks is attached to a book store so it’s perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee and reading a book. My two favorite past times!

I really like this Starbucks because it is right next to Barnes & Noble. The service here is always great despite the fact that it is always packed. The batista s here really know their stuff too. The tables can sometimes get taken, but there are tons of outlets underneath the tables just in case you need to plug in your laptop, phone, or tablet. All in all, great service, plenty of room despite the seemingly small area, and books within a few steps away!

If it wouldn’t be for the fabulous staff of baristas here it would only get a 2 star from me only because the location is small and has no «comfy» seating and the fact for some reason their Oprah Chai Lattes taste bad. I have gotten two here now and they were bad I thought the first time it was a fluke but then came again and it was just as bad. I mentioned to them and they were very accommodation and offered to make another but it was the tea mixture itself or something the consistency and bitterness, just bad tasting. The other locations I frequent have said they keep the tea mix in the fridge to last longer and here they have it out on the counter, so maybe if it isn’t as popular here and not sold as fast it might just get bad. I am not sure but I can tell you they do NOT taste like they should and I will never come here again just for that reason since thats all I like here. So other than the seating and the products the 3 stars are for the staff who are one of the nicest around.

Busy, busy, busy, but the employees know how to get all the orders done quickly. This place could definitely use more seating, but its in a book store so theres that. Hit the spot so Im happy.

Clean store, fast service with a smile and two caffeinated beverages within five minutes.

I work in the complex & I love the friendly people that work there. The people I work with visit at least once a day & we are all grateful we can count on our drinks being made correctly & enjoy the company while we’re there. Favorite Starbucks in the area, hands down.

I visit a lot of Starbucks, and this is one of two that are my favorite. They are very friendly there, not just polite. They have taken the time to learn my name and my preferences.

This store is inside/​connected to Barnes and Noble, however it is considered its own individual store. Plenty of parking. The inside is pretty small, so it can be difficult to find seating at times. There is always a long line, but it moves quickly. There is always a large and full selection of pastries and snacks. I usually get the same drink, but it is always very good. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.

Worst Starbucks ever. The people making the coffee is incompetent. I came here several times and they frequently mess up my order like forget to put sugar and short me one drink. I order a lot so I don’t check everything. Management does not care when u call them. Don’t recommend this place. Waste of time and money. Hate Starbucks now. It’s to big of company and fails at quality control. Deleting my app after I use the last $ 20 on it. I’m going to Peet’s now. They make better coffee anyways.

Great Starbucks. Everyone is super friendly.

I got a Mocha Frap and it tasted like frozen chocolate milk – no coffee taste at all. If that’s what you like, go for it. But as for me, I’d like to have a bit of coffee taste when I get a coffee drink.

I used to come into this Starbucks all the time. The staff USED to be amazing. I think they must have restaffed or something because I didn’t recognize one person here. And the new ones were just creepy. The guy who took our order seriously was so weird and smiled so strangely at my Mother and I that I wanted to slap him. His demeanor and way of saying «OH YEAH» while shaking his head profusely freaked me out.
But the coffee is still the same. But then again all I get is iced coffee. So ey.

Are all Starbucks created equal? Probably not. I tend to gravitate to a drive thru, one that validates, or in the case of this particular one, it is attached to a Barnes and Noble book store. The shop seating spills out into the book store so you are not crammed into a small coffee shop.
The service has always been good, but the biggest treat is the ambiance supplied by the book store.
I spent a Saturday recently with my daughters playing card games and enjoying hot cocoa. What a treat!
