We were a Loyal customer! But horrible horrible customer service tonight. I don’t mind the WIC process going on, but the lady had a FULL cart, I mean like literally stacked up and digging for the correct items to scan. I waited & looked around while 3 other employees were just standing by the liquor section talking… I just left my bucket of veggies walked out.

I go to this raleys almost everyday. It’s very clean, nice people all around you, you always see employees who are there to help you right away(not like walmart where you have to look 15 minutes to ask someone for help). They have so much organic stuff, organic oats and drinks and baby food and organic veggies. It’s more pricy then walmart of course but that’s because they have quality food and products. They have a big bakery section and Petes coffee, and red box and a post box place as well as California lottery. The parking is always available it’s not hard to find a parking spot. There is also a dollar store next door and a pizza place. This is my everyday go to store and market. !!

10⁄10 to Jason in the deli with the sandwiches and customer service. He makes everything with love and kindness.

This Raley’s is not bad, but the biggest downfall is their long lines/lack of cashiers and the oldskool meat dept. I don’t like how if I want a half a pound of ground beef or something I can’t go to the meat counter and have them package it for me. Its pretty much packaged in the back and brought out.

Raleys is close to my house so I go there if I need to grab something real quick. I really don’t like to get my produce from there because for some reason it goes bad extra fast. I go to safeway and nugget but I don’t have a problem with their produce but every time I try raley’s produce, something goes horribly wrong.

Very convenient location for me. Staff are super awesome and give fast service. This place has a weird smell to it though. Like a run down/old smell. And like most nice stores the prices are higher than what you could get at Walmart or winco. I definitely recommend buying meat and bread here, always fresh and delicious

I end up coming to this Raleys on the reg because it’s the only grocery store in the immediate area. As far as Raleys go, it’s a smaller store in an older building. The shopping center is older but taken care of so it’s not that big of a deal that the store hasn’t been made over yet. What I don’t like the most is that since the store is smaller, they don’t carry a lot of the items that a regular Raleys store would. I have found that they have most of the essentials but not a lot of the specialty items that I buy like a fresh meat counter, Kombatcha and an adequate natural foods section. Employees are friendly enough but the lines can get long at times because there sometimes aren’t enough cashiers open during peak times. I really do like how they have a mini Post Office inside as well as two Redbox machines for renting movies and a Peet’s Coffee counter for lattes. I will keep coming back to this location because it’s convenient, they have good sales and a great rewards program.

I always think of Raley’s first when planning for work functions. I have made beautiful presentations using both the bakery and deli. Top picks: chocolate dipped shortbread cookies, vanilla bean mini scones, fruit tart, and tiramisu from the bakery; homestyle potato salad and the broccoli slaw salad from the deli are great sides. Lots of bread options for sandwiches. It may seem expensive but when using a catering service elsewhere it is no less than 12 a person, no drinks and a service fee on top. Using Raley’s variety of options you can put a beautiful spread together yourself!

I have such a love/hate relationship with this location. What I love: Close to where I live Can get most items I need but usually I won’t pay what they want. Don’t love: This store is in need of a deep clean. Just feels old and grungy. I HATE that the employees sit out front and smoke. I usually park over by the bench they sit at. To me it looks tacky to have your employees out front smoking and I don’t want to have to walk through the smoke. Pricing has just gotten out if control. That is all Raley and Bel Air stores though. I don’t buy too much here anymore since I can get most things at Target for about half price. Employees here are all over the place. Few good ones and several snarky ones that just seem miserable and they pretty much let you know. Better make sure you check expiration dates. I have always checked and it comes in handy here. Several times I have seen crackers and dairy products either expired or a day away. This location does not live up to the typical Raleys/Bel Air standard in my opinion.

Pricey, but SO much better then going to Walmart. Its like they have an «anti ghetto» force field at their front doors.

The Managers’(Dan) & cohort asked for our receipt during a lunch Bday celebration for my mother-in-law… Not cool! :(

They have been out of products that I wanted and gave me a rain check on those items. However, I never received a call letting me know they were in. Other than that, the store is clean, the employees are friendly and there is plenty of parking.

They have better fruits and vegetables here than winco but they are pricey. They also have a good meat selection in their deli. I really like coming here if i’m in the mood for some thinly sliced dry salami.

I live within walking distance from this store, so its very convenient! The customer service is great, and the store is always neat, clean and well stocked. Employees are very helpful and friendly. The prices are obviously somewhat high, but they do have some great sales!

Love this store even thou pricey, walking distance close! I WISH they would put a GARBAGECAN on the left side by benches!!! Alot of WIND hits that side! People PUTTRASH on top of the ASHCAN! Hello, it burns and blows around! Big amounts of Waste on top of BENCHES, running, sticky, etc. UGH! I pickup the trash there daily as I have to LOOKAT while I smoke. I WISH for Raley’s to put a GARBAGECAN on left side of building. Instead of waiting for cart hustlers to say they will clean up!!! Love the Staff at this location and they know me by name. This is just such an eye sore for such a lovely store!!!

I came in tolday with a mission… Cook my daughter her favorite dinner tonight… which is chicken quarters baked in the oven with a light coating of potato buds. she calls it crispy chicken. Oh no! You guys were all out of leg quarters! U did have the fryer chickens though. So I pushed the button and a young man came out and said he would check the back for any leg quarters… none. Before I could even ask, he offered to cut up one of those fryer chickens! My hero!!! Thank you for going above and beyond expectations! I wish I got his name but, forgot to. darn it, next time!

My boyfriend and I needed to pick up some last minute items for Super Bowl Sunday, and I was amazed at how empty it was. I grabbed the red onions and my boyfriend grabbed the ice, I was put off at how the red onions looked… I didn’t want to buy them but searched through the display to find decent looking onions. We were able to get in and out, which I loved.

This always ends up being one of the liquor stops during a long weekend with friends. It’s cheap and that’s our priority. This weekend I scored with a medium size bottle of Jäger for $ 15 which came with a cooler cozy!

Located off Antelope Road on Lichen, in a plaza with Fitness 19 and Round Table. They serve Peet’s inside and they also have a USPS postal counter and Wells Fargo. We were sick for a short period and we’d go to this Raley’s pretty much because it’s one-stop shop. It has everything. I just thought it was weird that we’d get carded to buy OTC medicine. There’s a few tables and chairs near the deli/Chinese hot food to sit and eat. We tried this«Loaded Potato Salad» from their deli and it’s ridiculous. Just like a cold loaded baked potato with sour cream, bacon, and cheese. It was a cool find. The first time I found thin bagels was at this Raley’s. I find it with more ease at other supermarkets later. It seems that it’s a promotional item and so they stick it on a stand anywhere it fits rather than where it would be more likely to be found– like with other breads. I hate to have to hunt for it so now, I just buy it at Safeway. where they keep it with other breads and I can find it.
