Will never by another bike from these people again!!! Bought a Haro dirt bike for my 14 year old son and rear rim bent within 2 months and forks bent within 6 months and NO WARRANTY weak customer service!!! Buyer beware!!!

Very nice staff in here! Went in to price getting my bike cleaned up and ready for the spring and was treated very nicely and not talked down to! This is very nice to see, especially since another bike shop (who shall remain nameless – but they’re on Howe Ave) was very rude to me when I went in with the same questions.
I found them to be very reasonable and as a friend had recommended Patriot and I am definitely bringing my bike in this next week… great prices… great people!

Went in to have a bike assembled and to buy a new bike for my son. The employee who helped us was polite, attentive, knowledgeable and personable. I was stressed going in, as i’m no bike expert and expected maybe a slick con job/​air of condescension, but it ended up being a fun experience. Thanks guys :)

Excellent bike shop, they have a whole variety of different bikes from cruisers to hybrids to road bikes. I brought in my 7 year old road bike that has been in storage for the past year in for a tune up and they did an excellent job! My GF is thinking about getting a new bike soon too and we will definitely be coming back here so they could help her find a bike and properly fit her.

I dropped off my bike because I needed my brakes adjusted and my new saint shifter installed. Well… I didnt realize that my shifter would not work with my deore dérailleur. Soooo… one of the mechanics at Patriot called me, let me know, and let me know some options. I was impressed how well they knew their stuff.
In the end they gave me a screamin deal on a new dérailleur that worked with my saint shifter. Screamin!!! Deal!!! I was soo stocked!!!
I get my bike back and not only does it shift like butter but my brakes are dialed like brand new! Which is a big deal because I took it to another shop about 5 months ago for a tune-​up and the other shop did jack crap, and I was not happy.
I recommend Patriot over most of the shops in this area, and even a couple in Roseville. They did a great job and I could not be happier. I can’t wait to go riding this weekend!!!

I purchased a couple BMX bikes for my kids from Patriot back when it was The Bike Shop many years ago. In May of this year I returned looking for a hight end road bike for myself, Scott was everything I needed in a Sales Person, Patient, understanding, and incredibly knowledgeable. Over the past few months I have returned for all my bicycle needs including a new 29’r Mountain Bike! I highly recommend Patriot Bicycles to anybody looking for anything bicycle, big or small!

I really appreciated how nice the guys working here were. I didn’t know what sort of bike I was looking for and the guy helping me was super patient and very informative. I didnt buy a bike that day but I will be back soon.
They also have a sweet selection of used bikes which is awesome. I couldnt fathom spending half a G on a damn bike so its nice that us non-​experienced riders have a shot at a cool bike without spending rent, and utiliies for a month. Im eyeing a pretty sweet cruiser. I dreamt about it last night. For real.

I rebuilt a cruiser, and needed all black wheels. They had the rear at the time I was there so I bought it. I checked out other shops in the area for the front wheel, and got the same answer «I can order it for you». Thanks genius, I think I know how to order things on the internet too! Anyway, I kept checking back at Patriot, and finally… they had the front. I know that Scott had made a special effort to find that rim, not even knowing I was going to come back. They even made sure the wheel was trued!

Patriot Bikes is my favorite place to buy Specialized tires. While other larger shops in Sacramento always seem to be «just out» of the tires I want, Patriot always seems to have what I’m looking for. The staff is all friendly and they know what’s up without sending out any too-​cool-​for-​you vibe. Definitely, check here first if you’re looking for a new bike.

These guys are hardcore BMX guys. They have a serious collection of very rare and pristine BMX bikes from the 70s and 80s. I have bought a couple of bikes from them and they stand behind everything they sell. The guys that work there are old school BMX guys so they are very well versed on what you can and can’t do component wise with your bike. I like to stop by and check out the new bikes with my two sons. They always have a very interesting display of high end BMX bikes.
