Steve is terrific! This is the second time I have used his services– this time for a washing machine that spewed water out all over the floor. I called on a Sunday and he came to the house the next day right on time. A rat had chewed every hose inside the machine and he quickly and accurately assessed the damage done. Some hoses had to be ordered and he came back out and fixed my machine when the parts arrived. He is dependable, thorough and honest… a difficult combination to find in the business. Thanks Steve!

January 6th 8pm-​washer decides it’s a good time to quite spinning. Januray 7th @ 7:45am I give Steve a call and leave him a message. He calls back within 20 minutes and we schedule an apointment same day, 4 hours later, for him to come out and take a look. He is quick, has the part on his truck, and I’m literally back in business within 30 minutes. Cost was very affordable too. I will be referring him to friends and family for sure!

Great guy. Very nice and personable! Fixed our dishwasher in like 15 mins. No need for any parts so just charged an affordable service fee. Will definitely call him for any other repairs we may need. We highly recommend five star appliance repair!

I’ve owned a hair salon for 15 yrs with the same stackable washer n dryer unit and am not cheap but know if you can fix it why replace it… I’ve called Steve many times with different problems with it, I’m very far away and it’s not really an option for a service call so I basically have asked him for advice over the phone, he has saved me many times and once diagnosed the problem correctly by me holding the phone up to it while running… this guy is the Yoda of appliance repair, if you go anywhere else you have made a mistake!

We called Five Star for a dryer repair. They came out on New Year’s Eve (Steve was the technician) and were prompt, called before they came, and had the dryer working for no more cost than the service call (about $ 65). Later that day the dryer started making another noise, and Steve came back out on NEW YEARS DAY (his day off) and repaired it. He didn’t charge us anything else and was very thorough in his explanations. He was respectful and polite. He doesn’t charge any markups on parts, you only pay labor and the cost of the part if you need it, which we didn’t. The office staff is also very polite and helpful when you call.
