Best service and great friendly people. I don’t know what others are complaining about. People just love to complain to complain, have you ever worked in retail? How do you let someone steal right in front of you anyway, even if you didn’t care for service. You basically were an accessory to the crime to not say anything.
I walked right in and was greeted right away. I asked for some help finding something for a reunion and was able to find a great outfit. They were very helpful and honest about what I tried on and made sure I looked great. I loved the outfit I got and was I hit at my reunion. I come to this store regularly and always find what I need.
I hate to see people bash people who probably had a bad day or just plain not nice to take it out on people in retail.
It’s a great place to shop ladies. Great fashion at a great prices they always have coupons.

If you can get assistance, the sales associates are decent, but the service is horrible overall, and I won’t go back. Try Roseville (across from the galleria) store. I went there for a different size, and they were delightful and helpful. The Citrus Heights store was terrible each time I went. The last time, they closed early. I saw the salesperson putting clothes on the rack, knocked on the door, and she looked right at me, then looked toward the front desk, and walked away! I called their phone, standing in front of the door at ten minutes till closing (I made a point to get there before closing to return something). No answer to the phone calls! Finally, the manager was walking some final customers out, so I told her how rotten this was. She acted like nothing was wrong and they’d be happy to take care of me. HUH? I’VE NEVER EXPERIENCED ANYTHING QUITE LIKE THIS…

I was in search of a dress for an upcoming occasion and hit the burbs for some sheth shopping. This dress store is newly opened (February 2013) in the newly remodeled shopping center that has been renamed Citrus Heights Town Center. The store is big, bright and beautiful but the service is seriously lacking. There is no way to see the front of the store from the back easily with the set up the way it is. No one was in front but a bell rings your entrance. There was only one person that day and she was on the phone so no greeting. Then when she got off I was nearby still no greeting. She went to work on hanging some clothes. I was never greeted and I shopped around th whole store. I wanted to love it but no one there to help you. I checked out the clothes and could have been easily talked into more than just the dress I was after but I left empty handed. It still gets an ok rating because it is well organized and color coordinated. Did I say it s a nice new store? If you know what you want you’ll be in and out since the salesperson is already at the back counter.
