One of the worst companies to do business with. Absolutely no customer service. This contractor was referred by my home warranty company American Home Shields. Back and forth with this contractor over a course of 8 days as to when they were going to replace my water heater. Never once would they call with an update and I would always have to call them. Each time they provided little white lies as to why they have yet to service my water heater. I decided to take the money buyout from American Home Shields and cancel service with this company. I located Super Mario’s Plumbing on Unilocal who is here right now within 2 hours of calling them. They are installing my new unit.

Wish I could give ZERO stars! Wow, never even got to the appointment because they never came! Called customer service to see if I could get a better estimate as to when they would be coming and received nothing but attitude… the women at this place really hate their jobs let me tell you! Stay away. far away!

The worst customer service ever! They work for American Home Warranty and are all about denying your claim. They also are horrible at meeting their given window of time when service is needed!

This is the worst place I have ever attempted to do business with across industries. My home warranty company hooked me up with them. I had a significant leak under my kitchen sink, and called the place on a Thursday. I heard back on Friday afternoon(I missed their call) and they left a message at 1:44pm suggesting an appointment for the following Wednesday between 8 and 12. I called back at 1:46pm(no one answered the phone) and left a message giving my name, phone number, address, and confirming that window of time. I never received another call back and assumed I had been scheduled. I took the morning off of work and waited. By 10am I was worried, so I called to confirm my appointment. The person who answered the phone was extremely blunt and impatient. They stated they had never received a confirmation from me and that I was not on the schedule for the day. After explaining exactly what day and time I returned their call, they proceeded to put me on hold for 15 – 20 minutes trying to confirm my statement. They informed me that they had no record of my call, and insisted on explaining all the ways they track voicemails. They told me they would call be back in 15 minutes. After waiting an hour, I call back. They explain to me AGAIN how they had no record of my voicemail. I told them I didn’t care, that it was irrelevant, and that I just really needed a plumber out to deal with the leak that was now causing significant water damage to my dry wall, cabinets and flooring. They told me they would call me if they could get someone out the same day. By 1pm, I gave up and left to get something to eat. At 2pm I return home and see a notice on my door that the plumber stopped by and left because no one was home. I called Budget Rooter and had to wait 6 minutes before the same abrupt person answered the phone. They put me on hold for 10 minutes and then told me the plumber had left the area and I would have to reschedule. I said fine, when is your next available appointment, and was put on hold AGAIN while she went to check their schedule. At this point, I am paying out of pocket for a reliable company rather than have to do any more business with Budget Rooter. DONOT use this company under any circumstances. They are completely disorganized, know nothing about customer service, and are more interested in assigning blame than just solving the problem.
