Benefit Brow Bar at Macy’s

I am so disappointed with my last eyebrow wax. Jessica has been doing them for the last couple of years and always did a great job with the shape I had. Within the last 6 months I decided I wanted to grow my eyebrows out due to them being thinned out over the years with waxing/​threading. I finally went to see Jessica after several months and told her I am growing them out but need to get them shaped up a bit. She seemed to listen to me but sadly I left with super thin eyebrows. Just be really cautious and make sure you watch them along the process.

The sweetest older lady works here. I came in a few months ago and had no idea what I was going to buy. She helped me choose something that would have been a great fit for me and took the time to apply it all over my face. She was very personable and very attentive. After finding out that benefit tests on animals, I returned the product but if you are one to shop here she is the one to go to!

Never going back here again. The girl that was doing my bows totally screwed them up. One brow is longer than the other, they are very very thin, and one brow has an arch and the other is more rounded. I told her I don’t like them she got defensive and rude. After I told her that, she quickly finished up and didn’t say another word. I was still shocked that I had to pay $ 21 dollars for something I don’t like! After this experience, I’d rather do my brows myself.

JESSICA!!! I have been going to Jessica for my beautification and eyebrows for 3 years. She is amazing and have grown to be more than my brow gal to a friend. She not only makes my brows absolutely fabulous, but she helps me with make up tips and introducing me to new products.
I know it’s uncomfortable getting your face waxed in the middle of macys, but totally worth it. I even had one of my own clients walk up trying to figure out what the heck I was doing. Still worth it for perfection. I have gone other places for waxing and Jessica has been the first one to make my brows fit my face.

I have had such a wonderful experience here. Jessica was the one who did my brows, and she was great! Very friendly, genuinely interested, and she even interacted with my toddler. My eyebrows were HORRIBLE going in there and I can honestly say they look amazing now. I love that they put concealer on and fill in your brows while you’re there. I already scheduled my next appointment and I’m happy to make the far drive over there again.

Heather H. is phenomenal! I have never been to a place where I was so well taken care of. I’ve always gotten my brows waxed by someone that I know, so there’s not miscommunication about what I wanted. So, needless to say I was a little nervous about getting it done by a perfect stranger. Heather was amazing with her attention to detail and professionalism. The entire group of ladies there were so nice and helpful, and very family friendly I might ad. My friend came with me to get hers done as well, and with a toddler in tow, you can sometimes expect things to go wrong somewhere.
Everything was clean, and beautiful, super easy to make an appointment. (Which I recommend, or else you could be waiting a while.) And for only $ 20 you get a brow wax, which includes some concealer after and they fill in your brows as well. Which I loved! I know no one who likes walking around after their wax looking like they got slapped across the forehead.
We both agreed, 2 thumbs way way up for this place. We already booked our next appointments. I’ve never had my eyebrows waxed and NOT have some kind of break out the next day… it’s been 2 days now, and my skin is clear. Thank you Heather H!

I love Benefit Cosmetics! Great makeup cosmetics that smell great. They do waxing too! Stopped by to check out one of their new makeup foundations and was ‘browszing’ through their blushes and bronzers. Found a new taupe one that I fell in love with! The gal immediately helped me out and recommended different makeup based on the matte look I was going for. She matched the color within seconds and applied it on me. I enjoy getting my makeup done here at the counter. Its fun and you can try different looks whether youre looking for natural, matte, smokey eyes and so on.
