Danny is awesome! He runs a great shop. They are honest, reliable and trustworthy. My family has been using them for years and they are the only place I trust to do a good job and not rip me off. I would not go anywhere else. I trust them completely.

This place is awesome! Very fast service and prices are very fair. The people who work here are also very knowledgeable at what they do.

The work done at this shop should be inspected VERY carefully. While replacing a flat tire, I noticed that they forgot to tighten the lug nuts on one of the wheels. All of the lug nuts were very loose and at the point of slipping off. If it wasn’t for the flat tire, that wheel would have probably fallen off within another week or 2 of driving.

Went for an oil change and they noticed a really bad leak which they were able to fix the same day. I have continued going back and have been so satisfied that my mom now goes there for her oil changes and car repairs. Neither of us has had any problems. Wonderful service.

DANNY is awesome and the service is consistently great and fast! My husband and I have been bringing our cars here regularly for years. I trust Danny and would recommend him to my family and friends, they are very personable and efficient and reasonably priced!

What makes this a great shop is their willingness to listen and help with the little things as well as the more expensive work. It’s what car care is all about. Danny and his men are pros; they work together, communicate well, and are thorough. I am speaking from my experiences over the last year and a half, I am confident in their work, and have never had the feeling I’m being sold more than what I need. For me, it’s a win-​win relationship, unusual in the auto repair arena.

The staff is extremely friendly, the service is always great and quick. Most importantly, the owner, Danny, is trustworthy and reliable.

I love this place and the people there! You can get a quick and easy oil change or full auto repair service. The owner is very forthcoming with what your needs right now and what things can wait if you are strapped on cash. When I get my oil changed they tell me other things going on with my car but never pressure me to spend more money. I need a water pump soon and will def be going back here to have it done!

I have always had good results in a very short time at All Star Lube. I would recommend them to everyone.
The bad reviews… only a complete idiot would confuse the sump plug with the tranny plug. Yes they do exist… I had one who didn’t tighten my sump plug all the way, and I lost all my oil in the middle of the desert late at night. That long predates cell phones, and was a major adventure. Do people screw up? Yes they do.

I’m a long time repeat customer and have several cars. They are fast, friendly and honest. I don’t review much but I saw a couple bad reviews and, frankly, don’t believe the reviews are honest. They always show me the dipstick to verify the oil is on the mark so overfill is highly unlikely. The other review about brakes looks more like an ad for the competition. Think about it: Who takes their car to two different brake companies? Someone must have a lot of time to waste.
I have had bad experiences at several other oil changers but never at All Star Lube. The good reviews are honest.

I have been a customer of All Star Lube for several years. Finding them was a very lucky break for me. they are the best mechanics I have ever had in my 40+ years of driving. They get the work done quickly, correctly, professionally and they are also very affordable and fair. They are the most honest mechanics I have ever had in my life and I send all my friends and family there to share my good fortune. They have done a great job on my family’s cars for over 300,000 miles of driving since I have been coming here. Finding them was a gift. If someone claims to have drove a few hundred miles up to Reno or Tahoe minus a couple of quarts of transmission fluid that sounds like a scam to me as how would that person’s car even move… never mind make it up that hard climb. I can’t believe that All Star would be responsible as they would never be so incompetent as to mix transmission fluid and motor oil up. As I said… they are the best and I trust them fully. If the other person is not trying to run a scam then I hope he stops blaming a great business with great and honest people for his bad luck. They had nothing to do with it.

Worst experience EVER!!! Took my car in for an oil change and to see if they could tell me why my engine light was on. When everything was all said and done they replace my motor mount, alternator, power steering, timing belt, spark plugs and O2 censor. Needles to say my car’s power steering went out and then the alternator, less then 6 months after the work. Now I’m paying another shop to do it right! Very upset! I do not recommend this place! It sucks when your car ran better before you took it in for repair.

I’ve been to All Star Lube 2 times now to have my car serviced for oil and other fluid changes. Danny and his staff are honest and did an excellent job servicing my car both times!
The prices are fair and the service is extremely fast! I would highly recommend them.

All Star huh? How about a bad player instead. I had a very bad experience here. When I arrived and they did a quick oil change, I drove home happy to have had the job done so quickly. However, the next day I noticed several oil drops on my garage floor. I checked the oil and it was still full — in fact it was over full. I thought maybe the mechanic had spilled some oil somewhere and that it was just dripping.
I checked it again over a period of a three days and each day I could see some new drops. So I took it yesterday and the man had me pull into the bay. I told the man that I had an oil change the week before and that I was finding oil drops on the floor. I asked him to check it to make sure that the oil plug was tight and oil filter was snug.
He said he would but I was standing right in front of the bay and after 10 minutes he told me that the oil plug and filter were tight. He told me that I had leading from my oil pan. I told him that I had not had that problem before and then he said «all of these cars do» in his own grumpy way. He turned around and walked off.
I drove off and realized that no one even checked to see if the oil plug and filter were tight. Now I am going to have to take my car to another mechanic. HORRIBLE service and
HORRIBLE customer service. Do not go here! They are so anxious to get everyone out quickly that they do not do a good job and it you have a problem… oh my!

This is the ONLY place I’ll go for car work now. After getting ripped off at so many other places — poorly done brake jobs, overfilled oil during oil changes, etc — it is so worth it to drive to All Star Lube and get an oil change or any car work done. Danny is the best and most honest car guy you’ll find in the Sacramento/​Placer county area. I go to him for everything now, even just new wiper blades or to check on my car if it is making a noise. Getting an oil change? He’ll check your whole car out at the same time. He has helped my parents a lot with their car, as well. We all trust and recommend Danny and All-​Star Lube.

These guys are FANTASTIC! They are really fast, acknowlegeable, and very friendly. I have been going to them for the past year and would tell everyone to go there!

Honest people. Won’t try to over charge you for work you don’t need. The owner calls to tell you what other problems he runs into and ASKES if you want the extra work done. Fast workers and VERY TRUSTWORTHLY. I have been there several times and will go back!
