This review is based on the call I made today to get a quote for screen printing. Let me start by saying that I do not work in screen printing which is why I called for help. The man who answered was extremely rude! He was very frustrated with th answers I gave to his questions. Instead of explaining how screen printing works, he had rude replies. Example:
He asked what what color shirts I wanted to print on. I told him the shirts would be a variety of solid colors. He rudely snapped that he could not change the color of the printer for each shirt.
That’s how the entire back and forth went. I was asking questions and he asked me questions and then rudely replied. I finally just told him that I would call somewhere else.
