This place is ridiculous.. . Not in a good way. Very little order or rules. Smells like a dirty, sweaty locker. Kids are jumping in bare feet. There is seemingly no limit on the number of individuals or day care groups they will allow in at any one time. After a ½ hour of chaos I requested a refund. They did give me my money back so 1 star for that.

My children were invited to a birthday party at Zip City. Everyone had a great time. As another reviewer commented, Zip Cit has a «laid back atmosphere.» Unlike another local trampoline place, Zip City doesn’t require the purchase of their socks. In fact, at Zip City socks are optional for jumping. The team incharge of keeping the party going did a good job, without being overbearing. Several of the children were afraid of the zip line. The guys incharge of attaching the kids to the zip line were able to talk all but one kid into trying it. All that did, loved it. They have rock climbing walls for all levels. Even my preschooler was able to climb to the top of the easy level. Party rooms are available for rental. Not just for parties. While we were there a roller hockey team was playing, and a girls basket ball league was having a games, and handing out rewards. There are concessions and a mini Kona Ice Truck. I’m not sure what the prices or policies are for drop in play.

While I realize we visited on an extremely busy night, the service here is less than stellar. We paid for an unlimited 3 hour pass for our son and he literally only got to do 4 activities due to the lines and the inability of the staff to manage the lines. People kept cutting and no one supervised this, so many smaller kids were shoved aside. The pass included 2 slices of pizza which we tried to redeem 3 times, but they kept running out before we could. This is just a lack of management since it was obvious from the beginning that a larger quantity of pizza would be necessary. I also found it interesting that the website talked about all the upgrades to make it a clean, safe place and parents could watch from the sky deck and enjoy a meal. The place was filthy with trash cans overflowing and you couldn’t get to the sky deck because the zip line entrance was up the same stairs and the whole area was too congested. Clean restrooms are needed and the snack bar was out of food as well. Very disappointed!

Great staff, fun laid back atmosphere. We will be back! Plenty of options for the kids and a fabulous observation lounge for the parents that overlooks it all!
