I recently had Boone Fabric, and their «in house» upholsterer re-​upholster a very high end chair, ottoman, and sofa. The results were beyond horrible! The fabric and over $ 3400 invested was a total loss. The job performed by Boone Fabrics was so poor, we could not just «live with it» and to top it off, Boone Fabrics refused any customer service. Thanks to a referral from a local interior designer, I found Williams Upholstering! If you desire perfection, look no further because Ken is it! He sent me updates, photos, and kept me informed all thruout his restoration. Impeccable work, incredible customer service, honor, and integrity are all words to describe him. I will definitely use him again and refer him to everyone I know. Thank you, thank you Williams Upholstering! :-)
