Went through the drive-​thru on a Sunday afternoon. Service was quick and professional. Food was as good as any other Wendy’s I’ve ever been to.

Worst service and wait time I’ve seen ever. We waited 20 minutes for two small fries and frostys. We were in town on 7⁄4 for a baseball game and there were a couple of families ahead of us who had been waiting 30 minutes. They were closing early for the holiday and made sure everyone who walked in the door knew it.

This place is BAWLIN yo! Chicken nuggets be crispy like you never SEEN! I tasted one and was like «WHAAAAT?! are you serious Wendy?» Mean girls be workin the friars tho. This one chick wouldn’t even let me holla. I was like «Pease you ugly anyway.»

I’ve never waited soooooo long for fast food, just to order we waited in line for 10 minutes! I mean we were at the front of the line, people were backed up behind us, and murmurs of complaints were not exactly quiet. The woman who was supposed to be taking our order was running around like a chicken who just had its head chopped off. The manager was ambling around in the back looking confused. None of the line workers seemed to care that they were going slowly either. I will never go back to this location again.

This Wendy’s can tend to get pretty busy, especially before Reds games (GABP is 2 blocks away), and their prices are a bit higher than suburban locations, but nonetheless it’s a great place for a cheap, fast bite downtown! The service is good, the place is kept clean. At busier times, there is a greeter who’ll take your order prior to reaching the service counter, which surely speeds up the process! Their hours aren’t bad: Open til 8 on weekdays, and til 6 on weekends (formerly closed Sundays). Definitely worth a try!
