Do not come after 1am the service is horrible. There’s no manager at night and there’s plenty of confusion. We waited a half hour for a table to get cleaned just so we can sit. Then there was arguments amongst the help in front of all the customers and the help couldn’t figure out who was suppose to be waiting on who. The help was saying things such as they leaving didnt care if they got fired and there was one person who seemed to care if customers were taken care of Her name was Sri. After our order was take we were told it was going to be 10 ten minutes before our order would be placed as the grill was full. Wow

First off, keep in mind this is a place that is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. I’ve often been in other Waffle House locations, and this one(to me) has been the friendliest. And for it to be open as such, I have never walked in to this place & it be overly messy. The food is good too. Just wish they wouldn’t run out of Coke as often as they do.

I have not been to a waffle house in about 5 years, so I was ready to try it again. My mother and I stopped in about 10:30pm and they were dead. We were greeted promptly. We chose a booth and it was not properly wiped down so the waitress cleaned it for us. We were waited on by Correen, and I think she was a damn good waitress. Our food was pretty good but for a new location they will always have little kinks that will need to be worked on. I would of given 4 stars, but I noticed the place was not as clean as I would of liked!

I would not recommend eating here any time after 9. I ordered an all star breakfast and never got my waffle. The only time I saw my waitress is when she first took my order. I had no refill the whole time. Everybody who works third shift at this restaurant is terrible. Nobody seemed to have a clue what was going on.

Let’s just say I won’t be visiting this Waffle House anytime soon. A few friends and I checked this new location out in hopes of getting some good late night food. What a disappointment! The service was absolutely horrible. We sat and waited for 20 minutes to even be acknowledged. Another 15 – 20 minutes passed for someone to take our order. Our server rude and very unprofessional. By this time, we were too tired and hungry to address any foolishness. As we sat waiting on our food, we watched customers who arrived after us be seated and served their food before us. We were then told our food was being packed up. Why was our food being packed up? I’ll never know. We never ordered our food to go, but it was our saving grace. Bill please! Yeah, that was wrong too. We were overcharged! Nothing about this visit was pleasant.

WOW! My experience at the Waffle House on Colerain Ave. was the absolute worse. The service was terrible and extremely slow. I realize that this is a brand new location and they will need some time to work out some kinks but what I experienced there were completely unacceptable. Not only were the servers slow, they were incredibly rude. My friends and I sat at the counter area(directly in front of the servers and kitchen staff) and it took about 20 minutes for someone to greet us. After we were finally greeted, we were told that someone else would be by to take our order. That took another 15 minutes. When the server finally came by to take our order, she was extremely rude and made it very clear that she was not happy to be waiting on us. Another 20 minutes or so went by as we waited patiently, watching customers who were seated after us receive their food before us. We asked for the manager who told us that our food was being packed up. Why was our food being packed up? We didn’t order to-go plates! At this point we were over it and asked for our bill and of course, they were wrong. We had been overcharged! Truthfully, the only reason why we didn’t leave was because we were starving and it was late at night. We were limited with our choices. I will not be returning to this Waffle House location anytime soon.

The food was fine. The waitress overcharged my bill by $ 10 and my friend’s bill by $ 1. My advice is check your bill. They also charged me $ 0.50 extra for extra pickles for my sandwich. It showed pickleS(as in multiple) on the menu and when my plate came there was 1. So I asked for extra and was charged. Wow. Keep in mind I asked for them to HOLD the lettuce and tomato so all I was asking for was pickles. Seemed cheap since my bill was charges an extra $ 10.50.
