Not even deserving of one star. They are VERY accommodating to make the sale but after that they couldn’t care less. Apparently customer service didn’t come with the building upgrade. — Went to return a phone sent to me via mail and they are going to charge me a restocking fee for a phone I never used or activated that was still in the box and plastic wrap. I’ve been to this place 10+ times over the last few years and not once have I left that store a satisfied customer. Not once. you have been warned. Take your business to another Verizon store(one down the road about a half mile) or go to eastgate mall. save yourself the trouble.

This location has always been a very customer centric location. Employees are very friendly and helpful even if you come in with a question. They redid the store and it looks great. Just went there tonight to upgrade my son’s iphone. Excellent service!

stay away from this store, the employees give you false information in regards to phone specs, promotions, etc. just so they could get you to spend the most money possible. Please do your research thoroughly if you consider shopping here.

This is not the stores fault but can’t just give the general service a review. Was with them for about 20+ years & just left for ATT. As soon as I walked out of ATT store my online service to view my bill I was cut off. So they must have called me ATLEAST50 times in 2 weeks to collect my final bill. You could Never talk to anyone as when I picked up the phone there was never anyone there. I called the number & asked for a written bill, finally got after I mailed an estimated payment, then I got a final bill 3 days ago, mailed it 2 days ago & now they’re calling sin over $ 40+. Of course I picked up the call«No one there». Stay way… way away from Verizon!
