This store is a hot mess. The workers are not friendly. I asked them a simple question, one of them got very rude with me. Making me feel stupid. Never again will I shop at this location.

I recently visited this store with my mother. While the women who worked there were helpful and nice the store itself was in disarray. It was very difficult to locate things in the store because things seemed to be misplaced all over the store.
As I said the women working were very nice but their professional practices could use some work. For example, one sale representative was helping my mother when her personal cellphone rang. She grabbed the phone and answered. She informed the person on her cellphone that she would call them back shortly, and resumed helping my mother but it seemed like an odd practice.
Overall, I was satisfied with their selection of items and range of sizes.

Customer service keeps me coming back. Clothes are a good and lasting quality. The prices can be really high but they always run great deals. Sign up for their email list and always remember haute cash weeks! I love these stores since I was 16.
