Thomas & Galbraith Heating and Cooling

We’ve had our new Carrier Furnace and Payne air-​conditioner for just a couple days now but I thought I’d write a review of the installation experience. On Wednesday morning, the saleman that we dealt with (Jared) called to tell me that the installers were running behind and would be a bit late. They were about an hour late but that wasn’t a huge problem and they were dressed in nice uniforms and were ready to go to work. With very little required of me, they tore out the old furnace and put in the new unit and even cleaned up after themselves. They managed to have my heat working (it was November) for the night. The next morning, they returned on time and went to work on the new AC unit located in the back yard. once again, they worked with very little input from me only letting me know what they were doing when they stepped out for lunch or ran to the warehouse to get another part. After the install was complete, the installer gave me the directions booklet for the programmable thermostat and gave me a quick tutorial on how to use it. Overall, they was very efficient and seemed to be quite competent and thorough.
