Debbie P has it right in her review, a painless dentist visit to be sure, but more than that, Dr. Phillips and his staff have an attitude of genuine care which is in short supply in any branch of Medicine. Too often in my life have I been nothing more than a chart to a doctor who is barely in the room and makes less eye contact than a stranger on a bus.
Dr. Phillips is a welcome exception to the rule. He has obviously taken great care to hand pick a staff of smart, bright eyed, friendly professionals for his personnel. Read my other reviews, I’m not easy to impress and have a lot more one stars than five. That’s because I actually value a customer oriented attitude and it makes or breaks my experience.
Unfortunately as it stands, there’s a lot more bad customer service out there than good. It’s important to find those rare standouts and collect them like the rare pearls they are.
So now I have a dentist! If only I could find a barber…

If you hate pain then this is your dentist. I have had several crowns redone and I absolutly felt NO pain at all. The most thourough dentist I have ever been to. His staff is friendly and professional. You all need to switch over to the best dentist ever. My teeth have never looked more beautiful!!!
