The food is good, the wraps are delicious but the manager is terrible. He is so mean and wouldn’t resolve any issue we had with our food. So we left and he needs to be fired… Terrible

Good food, not very cost efficient. Tender wrap is the bomb! Staff is friendly, dining room is spacious and clean.

First of all, know from the beginning that the ONLY form of chicken served here is Chicken Tenders, hence the name Tender Towne! This is a good thing, a really really GOOD thing. These are the best meat a chicken can offer you, the tenderloin center portion of the breast. There is not a bad bite to be found, only beautiful, clean white chicken. They are prepared with a light breading and just lightly seasoned so you can enjoy their sauce. You can request buffalo or honey mustard sauce if you want something more zingy than their standard sauce. It’s tasty, but I like some spice! Alongside these delectable beauties you will get lovely steak-cut fries. They are thick and hearty, and a perfect complement to the chicken. Their slaw is pretty darn tasty, also, dressed just enough and not too creamy, not too vinegary, just right! The only thing I wish was different about the slaw is that I wish there was a little more of it! Another delicious accompaniment is a big fat slice of grilled Texas toast. Greasewise, this was a one-napkin meal. I didn’t even need it. It wasn’t greasy! We found this all very reasonably– priced and paid just under $ 15 for two adults to eat inside in a very clean and bright restaurant. That included drinks. You can’t eat very many places for that price any more. This meal was delicious, and we plan on returning very soon. If you love chicken, you should love Tender Towne.

At first when I saw this place I thought it was going to be cheap, but its overpriced. Yeah the food is good but 4.49 for a tiny wrap. Just no. Definetly recommend this place if it was half the price of everything.

Favorite tenders in Cincinnati! Fries are sometimes soggy but the breading on the tenders are solid and the portions are great.

Ate here once and Im done. My husband and I had some belly rumbles after eating here. The tenders were very bland. The fries were soggy with grease. The sauce tasted and smelled rancid. The pricing was just insane for the size of the tenders we were given. It was an all around bad time. We have never went back and when we drive by we sometimes discuss how much we disliked that place and how others must feel the same because the place is a ghost town.

I’d say that the food quality is on par with Raising Canes, and that their dipping sauce is actually better. The batter has less seasoning than RCs. The combos are just about the same as RCs also, consisting of tenders, cole slaw, fries, and garlic bread. Interior décor is where the similarities end. Tender Towne is has a very generic interior, 3 TVs, as RCs is way louder. But, since Cincinnati doesn’t really have any Raising Canes(though one just opened in West Chester-I think), I guess Tender Towne doesn’t have any competition(yet). I thought it was pretty good.

The staff while cutting up and having fun amongst themselves(which gave the restaurant a light and fun atmosphere) were very attentive, prompt, and friendly with their service and kept the inside of the restaurant very clean. The food was delicious and came out quick and hot. Great first experience!

I liked my Chicken Strips from Tender Towne. Many people compare it to Raising Cane’s, but I can honestly say that the sauce and fries are both way better at Cane’s. I thought the portion was sufficient(Meal with three tender, fries, sauce, garlic bread, and a drink), but I thought the price should have been $ 5.59 instead $ 6.59. I went through the drive-thru and they were fast and polite. I will probably go back again, if I am craving some good chicken tenders.

Tender Towne sounds like a place that needs to have Justin Timberlake standing in front of it wearing a chicken costume, singing goofy jingles about«comin’ on down to Tender Towne.» I decided to try Tender Towne last night and I can’t really say why. It wasn’t to see what all the fuss was about because I’d not seen any fuss. It wasn’t because I had a coupon as those usually end up in our recycling bin(recall lacking fuss). Was it because I’m scrambling on my Unilocal 100 Review Challenge… winner winner chicken dinner! HEYTHAT’S EXACTLYWHAT I GOTATTHISPLACE… a chicken(tender) dinner. Unfortunately, I felt more like a loser than a winner after my chicken(tender) dinner. (COMMENCENUMEROUSKFCCOMPARISONS) What can you get at Tender Towne? There are 5 combo meals: tenders(3), more tenders(4), even more tenders(5), tenders on a bun(aka«sandwhich»), and tenders in a tortilla(aka«wrap»). No bowls, no drumsticks, no thighs, no original, no crispy, no grilled, no popcorn… this place is just tenders, taking its name quite literally. For a place to have such a specialized menu, I was expecting these tenders to be amazing. Simply put, they weren’t. They were alright, being both thick and juicy, but it’s not like they’ve gone and reinvented the chicken tender. A certain Colonel’s secret recipe was definitely missed. They come with a dipping sauce that I didn’t care for. Sadly, that’s the only dipping sauce option you get. I got the 4 tender meal and only ate 3 of them. The meals come with big wedge fries that were nothing to write on Unilocal about(wait a minute…), and don’t even come close to the deliciousness that are KFC potato wedges. You also get a small cup of coleslaw, which I liked. Lastly, you get a big piece of garlic toast. I love bread, so no complaints there. My meal was $ 7.99. I feel like this was a bit too much for the food quality. I don’t think the Colonel is as greedy for my money, and he gives me back a lot more for what I spend. I would probably only come back to Tender Towne if I really, specifically had to have chicken tenders, it was Sunday(Chick-Fil-A’s holy day), Buffalo Wild Wings had been tamed, and the local KFC exploded. I didn’t eat the bones.

Excellent chicken tenders, coleslaw, and garlic bread. The sauce is fantastic. A seasoned ranch. Always hits the spot. I wish they had different fries though. Not a huge fan of the thick fries. Store is always clean and the staff is always very nice. Drive thru is quick. TVs are on the walls for entertainment during my lunch. Will be back!

Greasy chicken strips, soggy garlic bread and watered down ranch dipping sauce. I drive past here frequently(not stopping mind you, once was enough!) and there are rarely any cars in the parking lot. I don’t see this place lasting.

If you’re a Columbus Ohio native like myself… Tender Town is the next best thing to Raising Canes. The only difference is their sauce isn’t as good as Canes is. I ordered thee three finger meal… it was basically the same thing as Zaxbys(in KY& southern states) and Canes.

I can’t believe there are people trashing this place because it offers chicken that’s been fried. What did you folks think a restaurant named TENDERTOWNE was serving? Broiled chicken with broccoli ? It’s fast food, and does an excellent job at being what it is. I like the sauce better than Raising Cane’s, but your mileage may vary.

Tender Towne is a brand new venture in Withamsville owned by the same folks that own Butterbees. Reference that particular review if you already haven’t. This restaurant obviously specializes in chicken tenders, hence the name Tender Towne. The joint serves the same exact tenders as Butterbees, same breading, same sauce, all of that. If you’re looking to grab some tenders on the go, I highly recommend Tender Towne. Pricey, but the service and the quality of the food definitely makes up for it.

Be forewarned — the only thing here that isn’t deep fried is the cole slaw and the drinks. If you don’t want chicken strips and fries, stop reading and don’t go, that’s all they have. What’s different — the tenders are not long strips like you usually find, they’re short 3″ fat hunks of breast meat. That makes them very meaty, very«chicken-y» tasting. Other than that, the breading was way salty, nondescript and gooey-greasy, only crisp on the outside edges. My fingers kept getting covered with batter, reminiscent of eating KFC original recipe but without the flavor. The two tiny napkins they doled out weren’t nearly enough so I had to go ask for more — come on, put them on the counter. The fries were fries, the garlic toast was really garlic powder toast, probably from Sam’s club, and the dipping sauce was a strong buttermilk ranch, tasting much more of buttermilk than ranch. Given all that and loud country music playing on a Sunday at lunchtime, «meh I’ve experienced better» is a fair rating, especially for a place that only serves one thing.

This place is owned by Butterbees. Did a carryout order of 3 chicken strips, fries and drink for $ 5.99. They were fluffy crunchy chicken strips but definitely not giant as suggested in another review. 15 Fries and a drink added gave me the $ 5.99 charge. It was only worth the money since I had a buy one get one free meal. Did drive-thru so can’t talk on the inside of the restaurant. Only saw 2 employees. I’ll stick to Chick Fil A.

At one point in my life I had a pretty unhealthy addiction to chicken tenders. They are one of my favorite foods, but I have since tried to cut back on fried food. Tender Towne just recently opened near my parents house, so on a visit I just had to try them out. Tender Towne is basically the same exact restaurant as Raising Canes(a chicken tender chain restaurant). The menu items have different names, but they are the same thing. Not sure if Tender Towne has any relation to Cane’s or if someone just decided to copy what they do. While they serve the same food, the recipes do appear to be different. The chicken tenders at Tender Towne are huge. I got the«Four Top» which was 4 tenders, fries, slaw and garlic bread. If I ever return I’ll get the 3 piece size instead. I did enjoy the taste and texture of the tenders though. The bread was also good and the fries were just ok. The inside was fine, typical fast food set up. They did have TV’s blaring country music videos, this is something I could have done without. However since it is Clermont County, I am probably in the minority with that opinion. Tender Towne isn’t located conveniently to me, but if I am in a chicken tender mood when out visiting my parents, I’d definitely stop in.

Who doesn’t like chicken tenders? I think pretty much everyone does. I’m sure even vegans sneak in the occasional chicken tender or two. So it would only make sense that someone would open up a restaurant that makes one thing — chicken tenders. Well today I found a place just like this! I was driving on Beechmont by the 275 interchange and noticed that the Arby’s by the Recker and Boerger had been closed down and in its place was a new fast food restaurant called Tender Towne. I had to stop in and check it out. The inside no longer reaked of gelatinous roast beef and stale curly fries but instead had been replaced with the warm smell of deep fried chicken(Yankee Candle needs a scent like this haha). Also gone was the tacky décor and in its place was a fresh cozy dining room with flat screens on the wall playing light music videos. There were ample employees on staff and everyone seemed to be in good spirits and eager to serve every customer who was in line. The menu was about as straightforward as it comes. They had 3, 4, and 5 piece chicken tender meals that were all served with fries, coleslaw, garlic bread, and a drink. They also had a chicken tender wrap and a chicken tender salad. You could also purchase chicken tenders ala carte. And this was the extent of the menu. No burgers, no grilled chicken, no BS, just chicken tenders. I went against the advice of my cardiologist, my nutrionist, and my body and ordered the 5 piece meal. They claim their chicken tenders are marinated for 12 hours and hand-breaded. And I believe it! The tenders melted in my mouth and were absolutely the best fast food chicken tenders I’ve ever had. The chicken was served with something called tender sauce which seemed to be ranch dressing with cajun seasoning mixed into it. It was very tasty. The fries were thick and delicious as well. The coleslaw and garlic bread were also appetizing but nothing special. In the end I was impressed with everything. It seems that they are big on customer service which is a nice change from the typical lackadaisical fast food experience. Hopefully this will also translate into consistently high food quality which in my opinion is the only thing stopping this new business concept from becoming a successful franchise. There is nothing worse than old dried out chicken tenders and I hope they can figure out a way to serve the tenders fresh and hot to every customer. So far, so good.
