The people here are so friendly. I recently went in with a friend who hates coffee. I ordered a gingerbread latte (it was great btw) and the women who was ringing me up was more than happy to have a small conversation with us about what my friend might like. They are fast and efficient.

This is by far the best starbucks in Cincinnati. They are patient, kind and they have never made any of my drinks wrong. I have been to starbucks all over the place but this one is most definately my number one spot. I will drive out of my way to go to this starbucks. From the prompt and professional customer service to the great atmosphere if you want to read a book… I highly recommend!

This was the quietest, cleanest, friendliest Starbucks I have been to in a while. Maybe that’s because it’s far away from the UC campus, so that I could hog a huge table for 8 hours and no one would care: P I was heading back from a nearby conference and initially was going to grab a coffee at the drive-​though, but there was a line and I’m impatient so I decided to bring my study materials inside, expecting to regret my decision in an hour or two.
Much to my relief, it never once got loud and annoying! I also agree that the customer service was great. I ordered a panini for the first time ever, and one of the baristas took the time to tell me his favorites before warming up my choice and bringing it out to me. They were also having a $ 1 after 2 pm pastry deal with a same-​day receipt, which was helpful as I was staying for so long. I’ll remember this location next time I’m in the area.

I’m a coffee addict. And I’m not as married to Starbucks as I once was, BUT this location is hands down my favorite. I drive by on 275 on the way to work and I stop about once a week. I just think the drinks are consistently as I order them (which is complicated) and the customer service is excellent. I was once sang to when I used my birthday coupon :)

HELLOOOOOO — It’s Starbucks. THEY FLIPPIN’ RULE!!! According to my lovely wife! I like their chocolate milk… That said — this place had some amazing customer service!
