Skyline is a Cincinnati staple. It’s not particularly healthy or even something you would find in a cook book. It’s a slightly sweet super thin chili that is put on a hot dog or spaghetti and dressed usually with tons of Colby cheese plus or minus onions and beans.
I don’t mind Skyline but I’m not obsessed either. If you have never had it, it is worth a try. This location is cute, has a nice little view of Clifton and decent service. If you really don’t like chili here pizza at Dewey’s is just around back.

Pretty cool local place with good food and nice atmosphere. The 5 way chili is tasty but it is a lot of food.
