I used to shop here fairly regularly, but it seems Sam’s has not aged well. This location seldom carries products I’m interested in, they often have intrusive and pushy vendors in house, «No, I really don’t want to purchase cable TV… Stop pestering me!», and the overall atmosphere is unappealing. Customer service is horrible.(I had one sales associate tell me over the phone to ‘just come look for myself’, because she didn’t want to check if they had an item in stock.) I’m all for wholesale shopping centers, but I’ll go with a competitor. They seem to have better products, service, and a cleaner atmosphere.

helpful, friendly staff. There are annoying sellers who have«booths» in the store, avoid them at all costs especially the«direct to guy» or whatever cable tv they are trying to provide. They have great prices on lots of things especially meat if you buy enough.

Decent place to get your bulk purchases. Occasionally you’ll also get a good deal on something random that you weren’t expecting to need. Their meat department is pretty good, we frequently get steaks and chicken here. The rotisserie chicken is a good deal and easy to swing in and grab for dinner. Watch the gas pricing, sometimes it’s not as cheap as Kroger next door.

I got a membership using the recent Groupon that Sam’s Club put out. Tons of bulk items. My wife and I load up on fruits, veggies and meats here. The staff we’ve encountered have been pleasant and talkative unlike a lot of sales associates/cashiers you often run into over at Walmart. My one gripe is that their ice cream freezer at the«Café» has been broken every time we’ve gone there! That cup of ice cream with berries on top is the best thing about Sam’s Club and we haven’t been able to have it yet!

Sam’s Club is a subsidiary of Wal-Mart stores and offers bulk goods at a discounted price. Membership is required in order to purchase goods and I would highly recommend waiting for a Living Social deal to come along. Additionally, wait to renew and they will send you an offer that provides for a Sam’s club gift card, thus offsetting part of the cost. The store layout is fine and they provide a few hot button items at the entrance. The greeter is surprisingly helpful and tends to know exactly where items are located. Sam’s doesn’t present itself as a glitzy store experience; rather, it has a warehouse feel and is a low cost provider.

Sam’s club is a great place to stock up on essentials– like TP, paper towels, toiletries, vitamins. Things are not always cheaper, but usually you can find a good deal. I always like some nice, delicious samples. I also got daily contacts online, which was an incredibly easy process. There are some great meat deals like their pork tenderloin. I wish they had more organic vegetable/fruit options, but the ones they have are good deals. I got my tires changed here, and it was a less than ideal process, from calling them, to the estimated amount of time it would take. However, they also tried to make it up to me, so I appreciate that. Gas prices are usually the lowest in the area. I grew up going to Costco, which I love, but in general, there are more Sam’s Clubs in this area, and I’ve been happy with it.

I’m in love with Sam’s. Getting a membership(thanks Living Social!) was probably one of the most exciting days I’ve had in awhile… sad? Maybe… Anyway, the people there are super friendly, always greet you with a smile, and if you have a question, they’re happy and quick to help! The food quality is great in their meat section, the deals are awesome, and things are clearly marked to be able to easily navigate your way through the giant space. My only wish for is that they had more produce, but I guess that’s just not what Sam’s are made for. You can’t really buy too many fresh things in bulk without them going bad soon after. Sam’s is awesome, and the Cincinnati one is fully stocked. Love it!

Well, their auto department is consistently mass chaos and unreachable even when are standing at the counter asking for help, multiply by 5 when trying to reach on phone. For the price, id go somewhere else and save yourself wasting hours in line and hastle. Food and product wise, they seem to keep most things in stock and this store has the added photo and optical department with decent pricing. Gas is cheap as well!

This is the worst Sam’s club I have ever been into. There is no variety at all. Basically they only have one brand per product. Others Sam’s clubs, like the ones in the south, have greater variety of fruits and brands. I don’t know why the managers do not ask for more products. On the other hand, it has cheap gas prices.

I like sam’s. The fresh baked breads are great and the rotisserie chickens are a steal. They are 2x the size of the chickens at other stores and they are so juicy and less expensive. I use them as recipe starters. The chocolate eclairs are baked there also and are amazing. Whenever I break them out at a party people go nuts. Sometimes they will have really nice stuff like Lucky Jeans or Calvin Klein shirts that I would like to try on. NODRESSINGROOM! This is so stupid. They need to put up a little booth where you can try on clothes. We like the discount gasoline also.

Like most Sam’s Clubs, this one offers you the chance to buy mega sized items at reasonable prices. The layout differed from other Sam’s Clubs I am used to, but I managed to locate everything I came for, including a giant bag of peanuts. The cashier was very friendly and talkative. Nice change of pace from most zombielike-I-hate-this-job cashiers you encounter at typical stores. Their gas prices are typically the lowest in the area. The only gripe I had is regarding the temperature. It felt like a meat locker and made shopping a shivering experience. Next time I’ll have to pack a parka.

Always good to check their gas prices, recently they’ve been lower than Thornton’s in Bond Hill area. This week gas was $ 3.58 a gallon. I used Sam’s Club’s Click and Pull service for an event I was helping coordinate. You go online and pick all of the items, tell them when you want to pick them up and they have it all ready for you. I walked in went to the check out desk to inform them I had the click & pull order, they had the dry goods ready for me, they had to call an associate to bring items out of the freezer. It took a few minutes, but he came out and we were all set to go. I recommend the click & pull if you have an event coming up so all you have to do is walk in & they have everything ready for you.

Went there today and got gas for $ 3.59. Regular price most everywhere else was $ 3.89. Conveniently located right off I-71, quick checkout, love the free samples.

I love buying family sized products from this place. Much cheaper in the long run! I’ve also bought electronic devices, which worked out great for me. The yearly membership is well worth the purchase!

This isn’t the best Sam’s Club I’ve ever been to, but it’s the best one in Cincinnati. It’s pretty easy to get to, the selection is decent, and the employees are really nice. Good luck getting out of there without spending $ 100… in fact, I challenge you to even try!
