Pleasant Ridge Presbyterian Church

A very nice church with a warm and welcoming congregation. The people here are very friendly and quick to smile or strike up a conversation. The sanctuary is comfortable and has large windows which flood the room with natural light. All in all a great place for anyone who is just visiting or looking for a church family to join.

A cute little church that doesn’t boast a lot, but has a great congregation. This church has families invested here, and continue coming even if they move out of the neighborhood.
Sunday school in the mornings for children and a adults (around 9:30) and there are 8:30 am services in the chapel and then the traditional service is at 10:30am. The 10:30 service is followed by cookies and punch in the gymnasium.
Their site says their nursery school is award winning (which I attended thank you very much), and they are involved in many different organizations to help the homeless and reach out to different belief bases.
There is also a vacation bible school at the beginning of every summer for children.
The graveyard is very old (one of the oldest in the city) and has some really great history. It is open during the day, as well as the building so go check it out some time!
